Situated on the 4th floor with elevator access, this modern and tastefully decorated 45 m² apartment is conveniently located near top Paris attractions, such as Place de la Bastille and Opéra Bastille.

The apartment features an open floor plan. The living room includes two comfortable sofas (one of them is a sofa bed), a smart TV with multiple streaming options, a dining table for four, and a desk perfect for remote work.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, kettle, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and espresso machine. For your convenience, the apartment also offers a washer and ironing equipment.

The bedroom boasts a queen bed (140 x 200 cm) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, such as a bath, towels, and complimentary toiletries. A hairdryer is also provided.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
