3BR, 2Bath charming villa on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida, located in a calm residential community in Spring Hill, Florida.
With just a quick 15 minute drive to the calm and family-friendly Pine Island Beach, as well as only minutes away from Weeki Wachee Springs, and close to many restaurants, this stay offers a relaxing getaway that everyone in the family can enjoy.
We offer a private, screened-in pool with inflatables. If sitting poolside under the sun isn't your style, the house is equipped with wireless internet as well as Netflix and other amenities on the TV. We offer a large fenced-in backyard if your kids want to play, as well as a large propane grill to prepare dinner on.
A spacious and inviting kitchen features an oven, fridge, microwave and toaster oven for those of you who enjoy cooking.
Provided amenities include: plush towels for each bathroom, hairdryer, travel-sized bath products, soft bedding, a desk for those who need space to work, Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower, dining area large enough for a family, and washer and dryer.
Accommodates approximately 6: 1 King Size bed, 1 Queen Size bed, and 2 Twin Size Beds.

Visiting Friends

The house was perfect for our girls trip to visit friends! We enjoyed the pool and the location. Close to our friends' house, as well as stores, restaurants, and activities. It was clean, spacious, and well-stocked, although we did not cook much. Great communication and easy check-in/check-out. We would definitely stay here again, and our friends will recommend it for when others come to visit them.

Everything was perfect, The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is so quite. All stores,restaurants and attractions are about 5-10 minutes away. We loved our stay. We were impressed with this recently listed property from the start! Great nightly rate, perfect layout with bedrooms separated by common spaces & the heated pool! Perfect location for us to visit the beach, springs, go shopping & visit extended family in the area. We had great weather and loved being able to get back to the house & jump in the pool everyday!

Quaint, comfortable, clean!

The vacation apartment has all the necessities, even beach toys! Its a stone's throw from the beach and close to the grocery store. There were lots of rules which made the stay a little stressful at first but Ornella was very responsive and easy to talk to. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Last minute stay

We had to make a quick trip to Florida to visit family that was sick and had to extend our stay. The host was awesome. Beautiful home with everything you would need. Bedrooms are in different areas of home so nice for several families. Highly recommend

Perfect Place

This house is beautiful, comfortable, and well-arranged. It was very clean and well stocked with items like towels and kitchen utensils. The pool is heated, which was great as we didn’t have good weather for a few days while we were there. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was perfect for us - we came to visit family, and when we come back again I’m going to check here first before I look for anything else.

2022 vacation

This property was perfect to feel like home after daily adventures. Places were about an hour and a half drive away for our activities but we'll worth the time to drive and sight see. GPS never took us the same route but we always made it back to the house to relax. Best time ever!

Clean and Fun

Pool was great to have due to family who came to visit - great way to spend some time together without breaking the bank in paying for entertainment. BBQ was also great to have. Had almost everything we needed in kitchen but stores are not that far away. Also Marcos Pizza delivered which was fantastic the first night when we were all tired of traveling. Place was very clean and spacious which made the stay so enjoyable.

Very nice and relaxing

I chose this house because it had good reviews and had a built-in heated pool which was perfect for my two grandsons. There was a few bumps along the way but what impressed me the most is the owner was right on top of tunings. House was extremely clean and very nice. I was happy the beds were comfortable too because I’ve stayed in places where the beds were not very comfortable. I was happy I chose this one and I’m looking forward to the next time I go back to use the same location. Thank you Lucy and Dominick for being such amazing people and opening your home to me and my family.

Lucyna is AWESOME!!! She would answer my questions quickly and thoroughly. She is a GREAT VRBO owner. You can tell she really thought of what someone would need while staying in her place. All of the furniture in the house are new and it shows. We did not have a few minor cooking utensils(pizza cutter, pealer), but she had an air fryer, crock pots, lots of different wine openers. Plus kids cups, bowls and plates(a first for all the places we have stayed with our kids). The layout was perfect with all of the bedrooms separated, which makes it nice for anyone who wants the space and privacy. The beds in the masterbedroom and the queen bed were a little too soft for me, but they were fine to sleep on. The walk in shower in the master bathroom is awesome for anyone. We enjoyed having the use of a garage and our suburban even fit! Like it was mentioned, the yard is fenced in and large. The pool was WARM and Lucyna keeps the pool at 86' and has a deep end of probably 6feet. We enjoyed using the pool floats and our daughter would lay on a pool float every morning when she woke up. We went to the beach nearby, but GET there early or you will have to wait until someone leaves. We also drove to Clearwater and St. Petersburg a few days. No disney for us though. The house is located to a LOT of everything, we did not have any issues and the neighboorhood was really quiet too. Overall, we would stay here again.

Thanksgiving with family

The house was beautiful had everything we needed, stores weren't far, comfortable, quiet neighborhood and not far for our children to drive to and seeing 2 new grandson's we would rent this property again,many thanks to the property owner we had a great time and our children and grandchildren did too
