The property is located in the prestigious “Domaine de la Nartelle” near the beaches of La Nartelle and the centre of Sainte Maxime. The Domaine is characterized by high-quality villa development and a quiet location. Beaches and beach restaurants are approx. 2,300 m away, the town centers of Sainte Maxime and Les Issambres with the ferry to St. Tropez, shopping facilities and numerous bistros and restaurants are approx. 4 km away.
The villa
Recently renovated and now furnished to modern standards and taste, the villa has a living space of approx. 170 m² on two levels. The exterior and interior areas are characterized by clear lines and this is underlined by a homogeneous colour scheme.
The living areas on the first floor include a bright living/dining area with an open fireplace and wonderful sea views, as well as the adjoining open-plan modern Poggenpohl kitchen with high-quality Gaggenau appliances and the following features: ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, wine fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. From here you have access to the covered terrace in front with a lounge seating area as well as to the dining area to the side of the house under a shady ramade with a very high-quality designer outdoor kitchen with Boretti grill.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on an upper level. The following rooms are available in detail:
– bedroom (1) with double bed and access to the terraces in front with corresponding garden furniture and very beautiful sea views
– bedroom (2) with double bed and panoramic sea views
– master bedroom (3) with large double bed, access to the terrace in front and very beautiful sea views
– bedroom (4) with double bed
Two very attractively designed bathrooms are equipped with Vola fittings and beautiful design elements. There is also a further guest WC.
A particular highlight of this property are the beautifully designed outdoor areas and terraces which are homogeneously covered with light-colored natural stone. On different levels of the property you will find numerous and varied furnishings to enjoy the wonderful sea view from different perspectives. There are two large dining ensembles and several seating areas.
The swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 m (depth: 1.5 m – 3 m) is accessible via a pleasant staircase and, in addition to a pool alarm, there is also an outdoor shower. High-quality sun loungers and parasols are available here for a relaxing day by the pool.
There is also a sauna with an outdoor shower and a yoga/fitness area with a spinning bike and dumbbell set.
The enclosed plot has an area of 2,000 m² and offers a wide variety of Mediterranean plants and the surrounding Parasol pines provide beautiful natural shade effects. Four vehicles (depending on size) can be parked within the property, which is accessed via an electric gate.
Special feature:
We would like to point out that there are some unsecured areas on the property that may not be suitable for small children. For example, there is no boundary or railing at the swimming pool behind another narrow pool facing the sloping part of the property or the driveway in order to maintain an uninterrupted view of the sea. The graveled patio area to the side of the house with lounge seating area and traffic light umbrella also has no railings. Please note this when renting with small children or dogs!
