ROSE Vacances offers this renovated, functional house ideally located at the entrance to Les Sables d'Olonne, a stone's throw from the Vendée Globe village, with garden and terrace. Free shuttle bus 2 minutes' walk away.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people.

Situated in a quiet area and a stone's throw from all the town's amenities (Port Olona, town centre, train station, large beach), this modern, well-equipped house will welcome you with peace of mind for a good time with family or friends!

You'll enjoy a lovely lounge/living area under the veranda overlooking the terrace and garden, with a large corner sofa, a coffee table and a dining table with 6 chairs, ideal for good meals and evenings spent playing board games!
A separate, fully-equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, coffee machine (Senseo + filters), etc. which leads into a second living room with two sofas, a TV and WIFI.

On the night side, there are two bedrooms with double beds (140cm), bedside tables and storage cupboards, and a master suite with a double bed (140cm), two bedside tables, an armchair and an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin with storage unit and WC.

There is also a second bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin and vanity unit, towel rail and hairdryer.

A separate WC.

Outside, there is a large terrace under pergolas and a fully enclosed garden, with all the equipment you need to make the most of your stay: an above-ground swimming pool (open in July and August), garden furniture, charcoal barbecue and gas griddle, ideal for barbecues.
You will have 6 bicycles at your disposal.

You will have a private parking space in the driveway of the house and you can also park easily in the street.

5 minutes' walk from the Vendée Globe start pontoon.
15 minutes' walk from the town centre and Les Sables d'Olonne SNCF train station.
20 minutes' walk from the main beach and Les Halles market in Les Sables d'Olonne.
