This fully furnished, beautiful apartment is in the basement of the owner's home. You enter through the owner's main entrance before heading down a flight of stairs to the private apartment. It is about 5 miles from the city limits and a 7 minute drive to UW. You can enjoy the quietness of rural living while relaxing on the front or back decks of the house, or enjoy a fire in the fire pit in the back yard. This place is truly a breath of fresh air!

Recharge on Road Trip

We stayed one night in this well appointed basement apartment on a road trip thru Colorado and Wyoming. The checkin process was simple and straight forward. We were so thankful to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer to use during our stay! The basement was quiet and allowed us to recharge. The views are spectacular from the large basement windows. Our boys loved watching a movie on the projector/screen while lounging on the comfy sectional sofa.

Great property!

Really enjoyed the space and the apartment is impeccably maintained. We will definitely look into this as an option for future Laramie visits. Was a bit concerned walking through the main residence at first but it wasn’t uncomfortable at all. The TV was awesome and the whole stay comfortable.

Wide open spaces

This is a nice apartment space with plenty of room for our group. Although we spent most of the day site seeing, we enjoyed the open views, amazing star gazing at night, and views of the mountains from the front porch with a cup of coffee - coffee was provided which was nice plus.

Five stars isn’t enough

Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip. Steve and Danika couldn’t have been more wonderful hosts. From dining recommendations to must see stops they were absolutely the best. Their place is so welcoming and we loved sitting by the fire and watching the night sky. If we are ever in this part of the country again, there is no place we would rather stay.

Wyoming in the Fall

The property was so nice! Quite with the perfect amount of space and honestly not far from town at all. Any questions I had were responded to quickly and their flexibility with us was amazing. Even getting into the house late, had to much fun exploring, we felt welcome! Beautiful space, great host, will be considering this again in the future!

Steve and Danika were wonderful hosts! They were very accommodating and friendly. They stayed up late to build a fire in their firepit for us to enjoy. They were also helpful with directions and area attractions. We would definitely go back.

Quiet and Convenient

Danika is extremely responsive and has great recommendations for local places to visit for hikes, scenic views & places to eat. Her basement apartment has everything you need and more to make a meal, and is stocked with cooking essentials. She provides complimentary toiletries and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The movie theater screen was great to have a movie night!

Lovely Hosts in beautiful home

You have the whole garden level of this two story home, nice beds, full kitchen, nicely decorated, really no negatives except perhaps it is out in the country a bit. As nice as is the lodging the hosts are incredible Christian people, caring and generous.

We were made to feel welcome immediately--like we were part of the family. The space is well appointed with anything you might need from entertainment to forgotten toiletries. Great Space

The new bedroom addition is nice to have and the place was super clean and had everything we needed. The only thing to be aware of is that it is a basement apartment and you do walk through their house to go downstairs. It wasn’t a problem for us but just know that. We will try and book here again!
