Was really happy with the house. We had a large group and everyone was very comfortable. Keith did a great job at communicating and getting back to us promptly when we had a question about the house. Our kids loved the triple bunk and pool toys.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Amenities

Our group recently stayed at this 4-bedroom, 2-bath house in Lake Havasu, and we had a fantastic experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The garage was a welcome addition, providing convenient and secure parking for our vehicles and equipment.Inside, the house was fully stocked with all the essentials — cooking utensils, shower supplies, and laundry items were all provided, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. The furniture throughout the house was cozy and provided plenty of space for our group to relax and unwind.While the weather wasn’t quite warm enough for us to enjoy the beautiful pool, it was clear that it would be a perfect spot to gather and cool off during warmer months. The pool is spacious and would easily accommodate a group of our size.Overall, this property was an excellent choice for our trip. It’s well-prepared to meet guests’ needs, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Lake Havasu.

Amazing Havasu Getaway

Our group was so impressed with this property! It is not only beautiful inside but super functional for a group of 7. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and barbequing after a long day at the lake. We loved that it has a grocery store (Smith's) not far from the property and that it was also close to shops, London Bridge, and the lake. It was also great to be able to park in the garage to keep the car out of the sun! Keith always responded quickly and kindly. We loved our stay and want to come back in the future!

Home Away from Home

Pleasant Stay

Our stay was overall Amazing. Very clean, comfortable and the owner was very helpful and so Kind. We needed to request a late check out and owner gladly granted the request with no extra charge! Haversu holiday

We are from Canada so it was a delight to come to some warmth. The house was perfect. We wanted for nothing. Best Christmas Ever!

Our family chose a trip for Christmas this year (2022) and it was all that we hoped for and more. First, the house was absolutely perfect! Plenty of cozy space for our party of 8 adult-size bodies and 2 preteens. Everything was so clean and well-stocked with towels, extra bedding, and eating essentials. I loved how there is enough comfortable dining seating for 11 between the kitchen table, counter/bar, and tall table behind the couch. But we still managed to crowd all of us around the kitchen table for a few meals. My youngest was a little disappointed that the pool was not warm enough to use. I thought the community aquatic center might make up for that, but it’s only “open swim” on Saturdays (12-4) and the Saturday we were there it was closed for the holiday. Regardless, there were plenty of activities to keep our family busy each day. I specifically sought a warm place because of the early cold in Utah. Mission accomplished! Our week was mostly sunny and the highs were in the low 70’s. We visited the London Bridge area almost daily. Favorite moments include the lights and walks around the bridge, a boat ride from there to a casino on the CA side for $4/person, the skate park at the Rotary park, and a hike at SARA park. I also appreciated the reading material about area in the home. Every member of my family (3 generations) were so happy and comfortable there. It’s a very beautiful home in a very beautiful place.

Havasu treat!

This was by far the best hot weather rental that we have made. Keith, the owner, was super helpful and always answered texts or phone calls immediately. From the moment that we walked in the door, everyone loved the layout of the house and the feeling of being at home. Rooms were spacious and the sofa was very comfortable....everyone caught a nap there at some point over the stay. Super quiet neighborhood and the perfect place to get away and relax. Pool was perfect temp and very refreshing amidst the hot days. Very close to grocery stores and downtown Lake Havasu (didn't even know it existed). About 5 minute drive to London Bridge. Found some awesome restaurants that we will definitely return to on our next visit. All in all a perfect stay. Thank you Keith! We hope to make this an annual request to stay at the Havasu Happy Place!!

Perfect Family Vacation Stay

This house was perfect for our annual family summer vacation. The pool was probably the highlight of our stay! My daughters (6,7&10) literally did not want to come out, shallow ends on both ends of the pool was also a comfort. With 11 people the house was not crowded at all! The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet but only 10 mins away from the lake! Stay instructions and check-in was a breeze! Keith kept in contact throughout our stay and was easy to get ahold of. We hope to stay here again next year!
