The perfect gathering place

This space is the perfect place to cook, gather with friends, or even have a small party. The location is stellar and the rooftop deck is a perfect addition. It’s a hidden gem right on royal oak. We loved it

Teen birthday gathering

This loft layout was ideal for my daughter celebrating her 17th birthday. Nice open floor plan and enough seating for her 11 guests. Didn’t get to use the deck because of the rain.

Such a beautiful property!

I loved this place so much and I just wish it was mine! Beautiful interior and deck space! The industrial kitchen was very handy. Hassan was easy time communicate with as well. I will definitely book here again! This is one of those rare places that are worth more than the price!

Spacious loft

The unit itself is huge! Really unique property with a massive rooftop area, walking distance to downtown for food and entertainment, and yet still quiet and out of the way. Would absolutely stay here again!

BEST STAY I’VE HAD!!!

First let me say the pictures are great but this place is so much better in person. The Decor was excellent and it was very spacious. Everything was taste full and the communication between me and the owner was very easy. CANT WAIT TO BOOK AGAIN!!

Great property!

The property was perfect for our small wedding. Everyone loved it and the pictures came out beautifully. The only issue was that while out on the balcony, the home owner from the house across the street came out screaming vulgarity at us for legally parking in front of her house.

We had a wonderful time. The loft was exactly as described. Super chill vibe. The weather was perfect for an evening cocktail on the awesome rooftop patio. The host was fantastic and easy to communicate with. We'd definitely stay here again.

Awesome Loft in RO

The lift was great and perfect for our visit. Downtown Royal Oak is within walking distance. The outdoor area is great for a glass of wine in the evening. Hassan made the check-in process very easy and was very responsive.

Overall satisfied

This was a really nice property. Very clean and stocked with what was needed. The outside doesn’t do the property any justice however, the inside is just as expected. Beautiful property. I will say that I didn’t like the expectation that we had to take the trash out after we paid a cleaning fee (meaning the cleaners wouldn’t have much to do). Also, didn’t like the fact that everything seemed to have an extra undisclosed until disclosed fee. Overall though, the property was nice and the owner was pleasant. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Comfortable, enjoyable, convenient

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We had never stayed in a loft before and it was cool. The place was comfortable and well equipped. Communication with the host, Hassan, was excellent.
