Our room is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay equipped with all the essentials you need, including a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and premium TV channels. You won't have to worry about bringing anything, as all linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided. Daily housekeeping ensures you always have a clean and tidy room to return to after a busy day of exploring the city. Enjoy free breakfast, a pool, and a fitness center—you will love your stay! Our waterfront property is conveniently located near Florida Bay, Sombrero Beach, Calusa Beach, the Dolphin Research Center, and Turtle Hospital.

Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:

-There are 2 pools (heated) on the property from 8 AM-10 PM;

- Pets are allowed (Dogs only) for a cost of $75 for the first 3 nights and free of charge for the remaining nights;

DOCKS & MARINA:
There are public docks across the street from the property as well as a public "Deep Blue" marina at the back of the property. The marina is not associated with the property but is just steps away and may be used by guests. Please inquire with them directly to get the rates.

Nice property mattress the worst
The property was nice the rooms clean. The mattress was by far the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. We had neck, back, shoulder and hip pain starting with the first morning through the last. Upon checking out the gal at the desk was on the phone with someone and could not take the time to speak to us. Handed us the receipt and went back to the phone call. Will not stay here again and would not recommend it to others! If you don’t have a decent bed to sleep on it is not worth the money!!

Would recommend for an affordable stay in The Keys
The location in Marathon made the entire Keys very accessible. Out favorite part of the property was its restaurant, and our least favorite was the limited options for the hotel breakfast (however, it was ‘free’).

Long weekend
The hotel is very clean and in a good location. The staff was very accommodating. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and Sparky's restaurant which is located next to the property. We would definitely stay here again.
