Das charmante Hotel hat das Gefühl eines "Beach Cottage ', obwohl es nicht direkt am Strand. Vinyl-Holzböden halten dem Meer und dem Sand stand und die warmen, nautischen Elemente lassen Sie wissen, dass Sie am Strand sind. Die Farben des Sonnenaufgangs des Ozeans in Blau, Gold und Rottönen heißen Sie an einem neuen Tag willkommen.

Diese Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines liebevoll renovierten alten Haus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Zugang zum Strand ist direkt vor Ihrer Haustür - nur die Straße überqueren und Sie werden es sehen! Haben Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee auf dem Tisch und Stühle auf der Terrasse von Ihrem Eingang. Die Zeitung lesen und genießen die Menschen gehen durch - Wandern, Joggen oder Fahrrad fahren. Die Stadt Cape Canaveral hat gerade einen neuen Weg eingeschlagen, der direkt vor unserem Platz verläuft, und der Fußgängerweg ist direkt gegenüber. Sie werden auch viele Leute sehen, die mit ihren Hunden spazieren gehen, da die Nachbarschaft sehr tierfreundlich ist.
Im vergangenen Winter haben wir umgebaut nur die Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer. Neue Geräte und eine Eismaschine im Kühlschrank machen den Ort wieder frisch fühlen. Wir haben auch Breitband-Internet zusammen mit gesicherten WLAN und Premium-Kabel-TV hinzugefügt.

Was there during Milton. Moderate flooding on street in front of unit that dissapated that same day.No issues inside. Excellent location within short walk to beach. Place is as described . Excellent value and everything worked as it should. Would stay again

Peaceful

A very relaxing vacation. The location was close to everything. The beach was one block away. The apartment was cozy, clean and comfortable. It is in an active but quiet area. I plan to go back.

Nearby Beach Stay

This was a very clean place and close to the beach which were my top priorities. The property itself is a little crowded with decor and extensive kitchenware which made it challenging at times to make the space your own with your own belongings food etc. Air-conditioning window unit was loud and slightly challenged by the Florida summer. The Owners were very kind when they greeted us and customized the coffee to your preferences. Overall a pretty good stay.

Perfect beach escape

I had a wonderful month stay here! Kathy was very accommodating and helpful in communicating even before my arrival. The place had all of the items you may have forgotten and all kitchen appliances. It was steps away from the beach - the location could not be better! The neighborhood is great for walking or riding bikes. I cannot say enough on how helpful Kathy and Scott were! I hope to be back one day!!

The ultimate experience

There are not enough kind words that I can say about the owners. I have never had a better experience renting anywhere! They personally show you around, leave you welcome gifts, respond promptly to any questions you might have, offer all those little extras that are usually forgotten on a trip and are the sweetest, kindest and overall excellent hosts!!! As for the house.....amazing little coastal getaway just steps from the beach in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently located close enough to so many shops and restaurants. The owners also provide beach accessories, toys, bikes and so much more! I promise, you will not regret staying here and want to come back time and time again!

Cozy, comfortable, adorable place to stay close to the ocean!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much. The property was clean, well maintained and had anything you could possible need for a beach vacation. Super location! Simply perfection

Kathy was a wonderful host! The property to start was in an excellent location with a very brief walk to the beach. The condo itself was inviting, very clean, fully furnished (decor and all) and felt like a “home away from home”! We were delighted to find a little care package of goodies awaiting us, a entire binder filled to the brim with things to do and pamphlets from local restaurants, and to top it all off she had all the toiletries one might need (or forget)! While she was out of the area for the duration of our stay, she made it a point to check up on things every now and then. We had 0 issues with our stay. Period. Kathy was very helpful, friendly and due to our strange schedules with a late flight in, willing to accommodate our check-in time with astounding flexibility. Short story: I highly recommend this property and hostess! The location was perfect, house immaculate and that price is hard to beat!!! She’ll be receiving our business again :)

Comfortable and Homey

Clean, comfortable, close to anything you need!

Beach cottage vibe. Clean and comfortable. Very close to restaurants, groceries, Kennedy Space Center. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Stocked with basic condiments, spices and snacks, and if you forgot anything there’s a good chance you’ll find any toiletries you need in the bathroom. Great communication from Kathy the owner. Pets are considered and we were able to bring our cat. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Feels like home

Perfect beachside rental!

My husband and I had a wonderful week here in April. Kathy was amazing to deal with and had great communication. The beach bungalow was adorably decorated and was so close to the beach! I loved that the place was fully stocked with toiletries and some food items. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again! Thank you Kathy and Scott!!!

Cute, Easily-Accessible Beach House

Wonderful beach house for what I needed (long term rental). The apartment was filled with all sorts of creature comforts, and things a traveler might forget to pack. The cleanliness and details really made this place stand out. I had colleagues of mine staying at other places near by, and they weren't nearly as well-kept. Kathy was extremely responsive, and made sure that I had everything I needed. All of my family was jealous of how close I was to the beach (I could see it from the front door, and I didn't even have to squint!). I would definitely recommend to singles or couples traveling/need a beach getaway.

Wonderful Accommodations Near the Ocean

We rented the 2 bedroom apartment and found a spacious, clean getaway with a well appointed kitchen. The location was perfect for us, away from the Cocoa Beach traffic and near the port with its restaurants and seafood outlets. We will definitely try to stay there on our next trip to the area.

Great beach escape

I stayed at Kathy and Scotts beach apartment for 3 months while temporarily in the area. It was a wonderful place right next to the beach. Kathy stocks it with all the supplies that you could need. It's in a nice area with a large bike and walking path next to the roadway. My little dog enjoyed the walks around the neighborhood. The location is great and just a short distance to port canaveral or cocoa beach. There are many nice restaurants nearby on the ocean or at the port. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Beach Baby, Beach Baby

Great accomodations for a couple on a budget. Relatively quiet, safe, neighborhood with the beach just down the lane. Easy parking in front of the door. Kathleen stocks the place with the necessities you'd expect to find at home and more. The central location makes it ideal for convient travel to area attractions, eateries, grocery stores, and of course, more beaches. We were very pleased with the uncrowded road systems that made for relaxed driving up and down the coast and back west to the airport. We can say, "The Beach House work's as home away from home for us". We'll be back.

My husband and I are 'semi-natives' to Florida having left the cold of New Hampshire and Western New York over 30 years ago. We'd love to know where you're from too. When you inquire, please tell us a little bit about yourselves and why you're interested in visiting us in Cape Canaveral.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We live and work in Orlando and found ourselves heading to the beach when ever we could. It just made more sense to buy this lovely old home then to pay for Hotel rooms. The place has 4 Units and we kept one for ourselves. The other 3 are vacation rentals so more people can enjoy what we do.
We have installed hurricane proof windows and doors which keep the AC in and the noise out. The building is on a slight hill so we have not had any problems with the water rising to the building when it rains.

We love the charm of this older building surrounded by Palm trees on the corner of the beach access road. 300 steps and you're at the beach.
It is a quiet neighborhood with a relaxing feeling. There are no Hotels or bars to attract a noisie crowd. The noises you will probably hear the most are the rocket launches which happen at least twice a week. You have a great view from the beach looking north to see them.
We take care of the property ourselves so you will always know that from the friendly welcome to the personal touches that we are happy that you chose to stay here.
