ROSE Vacances offers you this pretty holiday home at La Chaume in Les Sables d'Olonne, a picturesque area popular with holidaymakers. Close to all amenities and the marina, you can do everything on foot!

This house can accommodate up to 6 people.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, this house is ideal for getting together with family or friends. It has all the facilities you need for a great holiday!

It comprises a living room opening onto the garden and terraces, equipped with a sofa, armchairs, TV, WiFi, and a table and benches for enjoying a good meal.
The kitchen is self-contained and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, oven, toaster, citrus press, coffee makers (filter + SENSEO), etc. The kitchen has access to the garden at the back of the house.
The bathroom has a bath, vanity unit with storage, towel rail and hairdryer.
Separate WC.

On the night side, the first bedroom is a 'children's' room with two single 90cm beds, a bedside table and a storage cupboard. The second bedroom has a double bed (140cm), bedside tables, armchair and wardrobe. Finally, the third bedroom has a double bed (160cm), with bedside tables and storage shelves.

There is a large garden with trees all around the house, as well as two wooden terraces, which are quiet and fully enclosed. Garden furniture, parasol, deckchair and charcoal barbecue are all at your disposal, perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach or spending summer evenings grilling out!

For optimum comfort, the house is air-conditioned, a real plus in hot weather!

You can park your car in the cul-de-sac.

For all arrivals after 8pm, we offer a "late arrival" package (supplement). To be agreed with our concierge before your arrival.
