Located in the heart of the 5th arrondissement, one of the oldest districts of Paris and nicknamed the Latin Quarter, this beautiful 65 m² flat has everything you need for an unforgettable stay in the City of Light.

## Logement
Quiet and bright, this flat is located on the fourth floor of an old building without a lift, with typical Parisian charm and a cobbled courtyard.
Completely renovated by an interior designer and furnished with taste and refinement, it combines the charm of the past with the comfort of the present.
It has a view of Notre Dame Cathedral from the street side.
It comprises :
- 2 bedrooms, each with its own double bed (top-quality bedding), TV, storage space and bathroom to ensure everyone's privacy. The bedroom overlooking the courtyard also includes a study.
- a cosy, convivial living room with a sofa bed (160 cm), a thick, high-quality mattress, two armchairs, an HD TV, a vinyl turntable and a Devialet loudspeaker for music lovers.
- a fully-equipped top-of-the-range kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, Délonghi Nespresso coffee machine, Nespresso Barista, Smeg kettle, Smeg toaster, Alessi utensils, etc.
- a large dining table
- WC separate from the bathrooms
- Wi-Fi connection and a number of other facilities (two hairdryers, iron and ironing board, etc.).
The location is exceptional for tourists, who will be able to discover most of the capital's renowned treasures on foot.
Historic monuments such as Notre Dame de Paris, the Panthéon, the Sainte Chapelle and the Sorbonne; emblematic districts such as Ile Saint Louis, the Marais, the Saint-Michel district, the banks of the Seine with its second-hand booksellers, Boulevard Saint Germain and Rue Mouffetard; as well as museums such as the Louvres, Beaubourg, the Institut du Monde Arabe and the medieval garden of the Musée de Cluny are all within easy reach.
The famous Shakespeare and Compagny bookshop and the legendary Caveau de la Huchette jazz club are also close by.
Families can take their children to the Jardin des Plantes to discover the Grande Galerie de l'Évolution and the Menagerie.
Every convenience is at the foot of the building: numerous restaurants and terraces as well as supermarkets, a market, food shops and all modes of transport (metro, bus, Vélib) including a bus stop for a panoramic bus tour.
