Warm and well appointed, the apartment is located on the ground floor without elevator, it is fully equipped and includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area with a sofa bed to relax after a day of walking;
- a terrace of nine square metres;
- a private parking space in the basement;
- a shared swimming pool.

You will have everything you need for a great stay, including: wifi, TV, hair dryer, Tassimo coffee machine, fridge, fan, iron, microwave, blue ray player, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at an extra cost.

One of the highlights of the apartment is its location. It is in the heart of La Rochelle, a few steps from the city center and shops.

## Emplacement
A must-see destination, La Rochelle does not lack assets to charm its visitors. Port city par excellence with its four ports, the White City enchants all those who look at the white stone bathed in sun in which the buildings are built.
