Located on the fifth floor with elevator and an unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower, the studio includes:
- a sleeping area with a double bed ;
- a bathroom ;
- a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen;

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including: Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, fridge, microwave, fan, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

One of the studio's strong points is its location. It's close to the Porte de Saint-Ouen metro station and the streetcar, making it easy to get around the city.
For your daily needs, there's a Franprix supermarket just a nine-minute walk away.

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
