The Old Port district is where Cannes meets the sea. Between the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette and the harbor promenade, life unfolds around cafés, yachts and seaside restaurants.

Set within a renovated building facing the port, this apartment combines generous volumes with an exceptional central location.

The living room includes a sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. The open kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and oven.

Three bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, dressing room and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms also include a desk.

The apartment offers three bathrooms: one with a shower, one with a bathtub and another with a shower, as well as additional separate toilets.

Located on the first floor with elevator access, the apartment places the Palais des Festivals, beaches and restaurants only a few steps away.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
