A glass roof, where you can sleep in an extra double sofa bed.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and plenty of storage space.

The second bedroom has a comfortable double sofa bed and an en-suite shower room with shower and washbasin. The second bedroom has a comfortable 140cm sofa bed and a shower room with shower and vanity unit.
The sleeping area is quietly located at the rear of the residence and is well separated from the living area.
