Magnolia Breeze is a lovely 3-bedroom home in the heart of Seagrove Beach and just a few minutes walk from the beach! The kitchen and living areas were completely remodeled in Spring 2023! With sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests, proximity to the beach, and access to 2 community pools and a tennis court, Magnolia Breeze provides a relaxed and convenient stay on 30A for your entire family!

Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.

Wonderful place!

We brought our family along with two teenagers, friends of our older daughter. The place was perfect!! Spacious, quiet, great flow, amazingly appointed, everything we could have hoped for. The primary suite is just amazing, I could have stayed on the screen porch the whole time. Kitchen had everything you could need. Biking around the area was delightful, better than getting in the car. There is a trail out the back yard into some beautiful undeveloped land. Beaches were perfect, it was all so lovely!!

We absolutely loved this house! The neighborhood was quiet and had very easy access to the beach. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Magnolia Breeze Holiday Visit

We enjoyed the house, and the location was perfect in the quiet neighborhood but close to beach, shops and restaurants in town. We were able to stay next to family so very convenient and big enough for all the children to join us. WE loved the beaches and had a wonderful holiday!

Definitely rent this property again. Suggest renting bikes or a golf cart, it is at the back of the neighborhood, but easy ride on either to the beach!

We were there the last week of July 2023. We loved our stay at magnolia breeze. We will bring extra kitchen towels & few more kitchen spatulas next time. The neighborhood was very quiet, loved the pool(s). The location was excellent for us.

What a perfect location! The house was beautiful, plenty of room, quiet and shaded neighborhood, with great pools and beach access!

Our family and friends enjoyed a wonderful week! The kitchen was perfect for cooking and visiting. The quiet neighborhood really added to the sense of being on vacation, relaxing and just altogether being "away". But with the proximity to Seaside, it was an easy morning walk to the shops if we wanted that. The beach access was incredibly close and easy. All in all it was the perfect house! We will definitely book this one again

Clean and like new

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We have stayed multiple times in this neighborhood of Grove by the Sea, which is a perfect location. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was one of the best we have had, with new (not cheap) appliances, which was wonderful. The only thing I would recommend is trimming out the overgrowth of the front yard. We had a difficult time navigating our SUV, with trees and branches scraping as we pulled in. It would also make the home more appealing from the outside. Also the front door could use replaced. It was functional, but a hard pull could bust it open. Overall great stay and we would stay here again!

Hidden gem in Santa Rosa Beach

Our family stayed for a week at this beautiful home in Grove by the Sea. In my opinion, this neighborhood is the best kept secret around. It's quiet, wooded, and has 2 pools and a tennis/pickleball court. Our family enjoyed all of it. And there are bike trials throughout the neighborhood and behind that lead to Watersound. It is a short golf cart or walk to the beach access. The home is beautiful with a fantastic location at the back of the neighborhood. Everything was magnificent, and they even had an outdoor closed in shower to get all of the sand off. It is a professionally managed property, so there weren't any personal touches that you get with a privately owned home, but there were some board games available that we did enjoy. Overall it was serene and beautiful and very well kept and clean. Will definitely return!

Nice house

We booked this house last minute because our previously rented house was canceled by the owner. This house is a bit further from the beach than we normally stay but the price was very fair and we had a golf cart so the location was totally fine. I highly recommend getting a golf cart if you have kids so you can drive to the beach and to seaside, etc. We motored to Goat Feathers to buy shrimp/fish a couple times and to dinner/shop in seaside so the golf cart was fun and helpful. The house was comfortable but somewhat bare bones in terms of supplies. No chairs, unmbrellas, bikes, beach towels, salt/pepper, oil, etc. like we are used to. The grill was out of gas and the blender was broken but management sorted that out very quickly. The outdoor space at this house is not super comfortable or especially scenic but it was fine. We enjoyed the community pool (a close walk from the house) but it wasn't heated so really only the kids liked swimming. Overall, we liked this neighborhood. It was very quiet and the house was clean and comfortable and quiet and we all slept well. We would stay here again. Oh and we saw a BEAR wandering around the neighborhood one night!

Beautiful and oh so comfortable!

We've been coming to 30A since 2007, staying a month in the late winter for 4 years and have stayed from one end to the other. This was our favorite! The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. Beach access requires planning I'm sure during busy time, but in winter all we did was walk the beach and access is great for that. Seaside is an easy walk as is the grocery store. The house was very clean, including bathrooms and the kitchen was beyond well equipped. Important to us because we cook in most days. The TV and WIFI worked better than anywhere else we've stayed, nice to easily settle in after long days on the road. We will definitely look at this property again for next year. Something we have never done in the past.

Lovely House

We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was quiet and the pools were never crowded. I messaged the property manager a couple of times and always got a prompt response. My only complaint is that the French doors in the bathroom in the primary bedroom offered zero privacy. I would suggest hanging curtains/shades/blinds of some sort to give guests the option of having a bit more privacy in there. Otherwise, it was lovely and we would stay there again!
