Dieses Haus liegt an einer spektakulären Uferpromenade mit eigenem Steg und bietet einen geräumigen Grundriss. Die Stadt Chelan erreichen Sie nach einer 15-minütigen Fahrt und das Desert Canyon Resort und den Golfplatz nach 8 Minuten. Das 2009 fertiggestellte Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und verfügt über einen weitläufigen Grundriss, einen privaten Pool (ganzjährig beheizt) und einen Whirlpool.

Die riesige Küche hat eine große Inselbar, einen Esstisch für zehn Personen und eine große begehbare Speisekammer mit einem zweiten Kühlschrank.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Master-Suiten mit eigenem Bad (beide mit Seeblick), ein geräumiges Bonuszimmer (4 Einzelbetten plus Schlafmatten) und eine Galerie mit Schreibtisch und Farbdrucker / Kopierer / Scanner, Sofa, Stuhl und Bücher. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei zusätzliche Schlafzimmer (ein Queen-Size- und ein Twin-Size-Etagenbett) sowie zusätzliche Badezimmer.

Nur wenige Meter vom Pooldeck entfernt befindet sich ein kurzer Weg zum privaten Dock (gemeinsam mit einem Nachbarn), an dem Sie Ihr Boot nach einem Tag Wakeboarden und Innertubing auf dem Columbia River parken können. Sowohl der Pool als auch das Spa werden das ganze Jahr über gewartet und beheizt. Die massive Sonnenterrasse erstreckt sich bis zum Pool und Whirlpool und umfasst einen Gasgrill sowie einen schönen und ruhigen Wohnbereich im Freien mit einem Gaskamin und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen im Schatten mit der Familie und Freunden.

Der große Raum bietet einen Gaskamin, Gewölbedecken und einen 70-Zoll-4K-HD-Fernseher mit Surround-Sound und Blu-Ray / DVD .... oder gemütlich im Bonusraum mit eigenem Fernseher und Platz für Brettspiele und Rätsel (Sorte zur Verfügung gestellt). Mit vier Schlafzimmern plus Bonusraum und dreieinhalb Badezimmern bietet dieses Haus Platz für mehr als 13 Gäste.

Es gibt zwei Kingsize-Betten, ein Queensize-Bett, ein Doppelstockbett und zwei Zustellbetten (für vier Personen). Dies ist ein wahrhaft einzigartiges Zuhause in einer der prestigeträchtigsten Entwicklungen am Lake Entiat!

Had an amazing time!

We had a fantastic time at this house! We had enough room for 3 families and not a single time did it feel overcrowded! The pool was perfect for the days we just hung around the house, the patio was amazing for hanging out at night, and it was so peaceful that the hardest part was leaving! We’ll be looking forward to coming back here!

AMAZING VACATION!!!

More than we could have asked for. The house is absolute gorgeous and fully stocked. The beds are so very comfortable in the pillows are amazing. There's plenty of blankets and extra pillows everywhere. I think we all felt like they thought of everything. The perfect place for a family vacation. We will come back again soon.

Fantastic Columbia River Location

We had a great time at this property. Home is beautiful, well appointed and suited our group well. There is a nice bedroom bathroom on the main for an elderly person (no stairs) and good space upstairs for adults and older children. Pool and hot tub were lovely and lots of toys and games. Grill may need to be replaced soon or maybe the lines need to be cleaned. Deck and fire table were very enjoyable. 15 minutes to Chelan proper and "little store" down the road has great pie. We were a mixed age group and the young adults really enjoyed all aspects of the pool, hot tub, ping pong, Lake Chelan, etc. Grandpa was pleased with his bed and bath downstairs and found the couch comfortable for watching the news. There is ample food storage and laundry facilities and the home was fully stocked with everything you might need. Welcome packet and home use book was informative, helpful, and easy to follow. Ron, the property manager, was friendly and accessible. We would go back.

Best vacation home ever!

This property is gorgeous. Our family had a wonderful time. It's spacious, the amenities were wonderful, super clean, toys and books for kids and many more. Pictures don't do justice, it's a beautiful home. Highly recommend this place and we plan to go back again :)

Wonderful riverfront retreat

We had 6 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 2.5 to 11. We all had a great time at the house! Like all the other reviews it is very well stocked. The double washer/dryer was amazing! The extra fridge in the pantry also a huge bonus! Pool and hot tub were great! Tons of pool towels to use. Room setup worked well for us. Plenty of parking. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood. Super close to Chelan, it took us about 15 minutes to get to Slidewaters. Ron, the property manager, was super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Lots of fruit flies but they provided a trap and lots of cleaning supplies. Just part of the area with the orchards nearby. We look forward to visiting again!

House that has it all

House was fabulous…stocked …. Never been in a house that was so well stocked ….clean….property manager walked us around showing us where and how everything worked. Home owners of neighboring houses great. The house is on the river so the water is very cold, very cold but you also have the pool and hot tub. In the pool all the time. Easy to launch boat and dock. A great house. Coming to Chelan for fifteen years and this was the best house. Only problem river is a lot colder than lake.

Perfect family staycation

Our group of 12 enjoyed a fun and relaxing few days in this lovey home - we parked and never left! Communications with Jennifer the owner was a breeze. The property manager Ron met with us upon arrival and gave a thorough tour/overview of the property and procedures for check-in/out. The house was spotless and well appointed with quality linens, furniture and cookware. Pantry was fully stocked with essential seasonings, baking supplies and even dried goods. The hosts have thought of everything to make it a most relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our Kiddos loved the pool and did not want to get out. We swam 3x in one day in 95F weather! The bonus room with trundle beds and sleeping mats was a hit, with lots of games and indoor activities to keep them busy. And finally, the fire table was the place to be at night to roast marshmallows, share jokes, and reflect on our day. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home. We hope to return again soon!

Family Time

We just returned from a wonderful family vacation at this great home. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen is very well-stocked, pool towels provided and the layout of the home was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool, jumping off the dock into the river to cool off ( the temps were super hot while we were there) and sitting outside under the pergola in the evening playing games. The owner and property manager were timely in their communications with us.Highly recommend!

Family retreat on the river

Our family has visited this home multiple times over the past 8-10 years and we alway have such a wonderful time. We were amazed how much the neighborhood had grown in just a few years. With that being said it is still a quiet, restful place. The house is perfect for all ages and the pool and hot tub are such a perk. The house is stocked with everything you need. Our dates landed smack in that middle of the hottest weather and we all stayed nice and cool in the river or inside the house enjoying the air conditioning. Beds are very comfortable. Thanks to the hosts for maintaining such a lovely home our family has enjoyed tremendously.

Best family vacation

When we arrived to the house we were met for the check in and basic info regarding the house. All of us were taken back by how beautiful the property is. The pictures do not do it justice. The whole lay out of the house is wonderful. The pool was warm and so much fun to swim in. The pool toys were perfect for the kids to enjoy. The kitchen is very spacious, the double oven made it fast and easy to cook dinner for everyone. It’s well stocked with whatever you’d need. The rooms are very large and comfortable. We usually bring our own pillows because the ones at the houses aren’t comfortable, but that wasn’t the case here. There were robes provided for our stay in the master bedroom. The catwalk has books that we were able to enjoy during our stay. It was the most amazing thing to get up and enjoy the coffee outside on the deck while looking at the Columbia River. The warm breeze and sunshine. The outdoor speakers made us able to play some music while enjoying the “fire and ice” table at night. We LOVED being able to rent this beautiful home. It definitely made it for the best family vacation we’ve been on. This was our first time in Chelan area and can’t wait to go back.

A beautiful property in a nice quiet neighborhood. Extremely clean and all instructions were provided both written and in person. So no time wasted in figuring out anything ! Kids loved the pool, hot tub, coloring books, puzzles and adults enjoyed the board games and TT table :) this is a must visit property!

Girls Weekend

Fantastic house

We did a long weekend getaway for Easter with family and it was perfect! Quiet neighborhood, felt safe to have the kids ride their bike and scooters we brought. The pool was a huge hit for the kids and the big kids (adults)! We will definitely be back!

Amazing home!

We loved our stay at this home! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 15. Everyone had room to be together and still be in their own and relax! The kitchen was wonderful for gathering together for meals and cooking. The pool was just what the kids needed to get out and be active! We had to pull them out of the pool, they were having so much fun even if it was 30 degrees outside, the pool was warm. And the hot tub was just what the adults needed to relax too! Overall it was a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to come back snd stay another time! Thank you!!!

Perfect Winter Getaway

We had a great time at the Entiat Retreat. There were 11 of us and we had tons of room to be together when we wanted to but also plenty of room to have our own space. The pool and hot tub were amazing and such a special find to have a heated pool in December. The kids and teenagers loved the ping pong table in the garage. The kitchen was fully stocked, loved having two refrigerators. We walked the neighborhood every day and enjoyed the view. We loved this house so much that we are coming back again in September and looking forward to more trips here.
