Welcome to the Domaine des grands pins! Our residential leisure park, located in Tamniès, welcomes you on 9 hectares of greenery and pine forest. It is with great pleasure that we will accompany you in your quest for the picturesque corners and treasures of the Périgord Noir... With family, friends or a group, you will stay in one of our 30 chalets located on at least 250 m² of private wooded area. . Far from all noise, you will fully enjoy nature. During your stay at the Domaine des Grands Pins you can indulge in the various activities on offer: 3 pools, multi-sports field, pétanque, mini golf, children's play area, entertainment for children and adults, theme evenings, hiking and by bike from the estate, visit to farms with force-feeding... There is something for everyone!



The Domaine des Grands Pins offers all types of activities to keep you entertained. Between relaxation, sport and gastronomy, everyone will find something to enjoy... And at their own pace!!! Every day, family entertainment for all ages will be offered. Activities in the park in summer (from 07/04 to 8/29): • Children's play area, trampolines, multi-sports ground, pétanque, ping-pong, 3-pool swimming pool, mini golf. Equipment loan is free. • Organization of competitions for adults and children. Our orienteering races and Olympics will allow you to discover the entire area and assess your adventurous side. • The “Cro-mignon” Club welcomes your children (5 to 11 years old – paid option). • Themed culinary evenings, • Lively and dancing evenings, Activities outside the park: • Hiking (alone or in our company) and cycling from the site, • Caving (beginners or experienced). Supervised by a certified facilitator. Paid entertainment. • Equestrian sports nearby. Paid entertainment. • Accompanied foie gras force-feeding farm visit, • Swimming and fishing nearby on the Tamnies pond (blue flag). Paid. • Canoe kayak trips on the Vézère and the Dordogne. • Visit to the must-see places in Périgord (castles, chasms, gardens, caves, etc.)



Welcome to Tamnies, in the heart of Périgord Noir. During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the splendors of the Dordogne:

– Sarlat, capital of Périgord-Noir, which has one of the largest medieval urban complexes in the world. You will love getting lost in its countless streets, each as picturesque as the next, and tasting the local gastronomy.

– Montignac where you will visit, among other things, the caves of Lascaux and the banks of the Vézère.

– The caves and chasms of the region: from Grand Roc to Eyzies-de-Tayac (world capital of prehistory) to the Proumeyssac cave via La-Roque-Gageac, you will discover the underground life of Périgord-Noir.

– The Dordogne is also castles. There are no less than a thousand of them throughout the region. They have stood the test of time and are available to tourists all year round to help them discover their splendor and their history.
