The front door of this 116m² flat opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space.

The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and television.

The dining area features a large table that seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals.

Two bedrooms have queen-size beds and the third has a double bed. All beds are carefully made up with hotel-quality linen. Wardrobes are provided to store your belongings and make you feel at home.

There are two bathrooms in the flat: one with a bath and toilet, the other with a shower and toilet. A washing machine is also available.

In addition, as mentioned above, we provide a free private parking space for travellers by car, so please let us know if you need one. We also have 2 surveillance cameras filming the staircase in the common area for your safety.

The flat is professionally cleaned between stays.

The flat is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Please note that we have 3 flats (2 for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 1 for 6 people with 3 bedrooms) in the building, which can accommodate 14 people in total. Don't hesitate to contact us if you need more information.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Mairie de Clichy (line 13), is just a 6-minute walk.

CDG airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
