Situated in the heart of the lively Arago district, famous for its market, this house is ideally located. Everything is within walking distance: the town centre, train station, market, local shops and beach.

You'll enjoy a lovely living room with sofa, coffee table, TV, WiFi and dining table with 6 chairs, ideal for enjoying meals with family and friends!
There's a fully-equipped separate kitchen with kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric hob and coffee maker (Senseo + filters), plus a utility room with dishwasher and washing machine.

On the night side, there is a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed (140cm), two bedside tables and a cupboard. On the upper floor, there are two large bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm), a wardrobe and a storage shelf, and the second with two bunk beds (4x90cm) and a storage cupboard.

Vous disposerez au rez de chaussée d’une salle d’eau avec une douche, une vasque avec meuble de rangement, un sèche-cheveux et un WC.
