In the middle of Florence

Great location.In the middle of Florence and the leather district. A 15 minute walk to all museums. 5 minute walk from train station.Apartment was clean and the elevator was working. Not luxurious but suited sll of our needs.

Families stay in Florence

This is a huge apartment. We had two families with young kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location is great. Right next to restaurants and coffee shops. The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was very clean and again had a ton of space for all of us. Would definitely recommend this location for anyone who is traveling to Florence with a big group.

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Florence

Great location minutes from the Duomo. Comfortable accommodations for a large group. Note that the home is located on a pedestrian street so vehicles transporting you can only get within 1 block away.

Location, Location, Location

This apartment is in the ideal location to reach (on foot) all of Florences hot spots, for both culture and cuisine. It's well appointed in a traditional Italian way. Each room is large, with either an en-suite or bathroom close. Things to consider - a lot of stairs to gain access, yes there is a lift/elevator but it is small. If you can not take stairs or don't want to find a luxury hotel. Upon arrival it is not possible to stop right outside with luggage, it involves a walk. In our family we had grandchildren (2 @ 2 years old), an expectant mother and a variety of ages. All of this was part of the adventure. Check-in and access all to be as expected. This is a great place to stay and it is all about the location.

Excellent location and accommodating host

Great location with a short walk from the train station. Family of seven with adult children all really enjoyed the apartment. Yu Lu was very helpful and let us store our bags early before official check in. Highly recommend!

Wonderful apartment in historic Florence

This was a wonderful property for a large family group. The bedrooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom. We enjoyed hanging out in the central kitchen/living area. Everyone had a great time.

We will be taking action to obtain a full refund the apartment was, hot and dirty. Mold all over the apartment causing all of us to have issues with breathing, AC filters had not been cleaned in years, only 1 bath towels, no face towels supplied for the duration, we left a day earlier

The kitchen could use some more items like cups and plates and fat ware. Pretty minimal. Kuerig offe maker. Work on the living area to function better. More comfortable seating for a group

Perfect Location SURPRISE 77 stairs

The location of the apartment was perfect and the apartment was charming and had everything we needed. I hate to give this apartment a low rating but we picked the apartment because it listed and elevator, when we arrived we found the elevator was out of service for quite some time. We are a group of 14 over 60 with two people that need an elevator besides the large suitcases we had because we were on a two week vacation. We should have been notified that the elevator was not working and there are 77 dark cement steps to the apartment. This definitely put a hamper on our stay. If you are willing and able to make that climb several times a day it’s the one for you.

Beautiful flat in an amazing location

We were a group of 4 couples—in our 60’s-70’s and we found this home a wonderful location to start our visit to Italy.. It was quiet and comfortable—the AC worked wonderfully for each room and we all got the rest we needed upon arrival. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond— especially when we arrived and the water had been shut off due to work in the area. It was a very small glitch and did not affect our stay. The neighborhood was wonderful -very safe—with no shortage of places to shop, eat, grab a coffee etc. There is even a small grocery right next door to pick up any essentials. Everything to see in Florence is a short walk away. Highly recommend staying here while visiting Florence.

Perfect location and a wonderful property!

I stayed here with my 5 siblings and 3 spouses (9 people total - 3 couples, 3 singles). The host was extremely responsive and worked to fix a few minor issues we encountered on the first day. The location is unbeatable - literally minutes to the famous Duomo and also to the train station. Restaurants are all around, as are convenience shops and specialty markets. I would stay here again, and I highly recommend this property.

Our home is in the most historical center! only 3 minutes walk from SMN central train station and also 3 minutes walk to the world most famous Piazza Duomo. :-)

Walking distance to the most tourist spots within city center. Plenty of bar, cafe, restaurants, boutique shops around this area. The must visit Central market for fresh local food is just beside our building; The famous leather market is downstairs of our building... Can get whatever you need in this corner, you will be so happy to be here :-)
