WHAT IS THERE AROUND MY ACCOMMODATION?
- The village center is 100 m away
- The mini-market is 400 m away
- The ski lifts are 300 m away (Le Crêts du Merle cable car)
- The free shuttle bus stop is 300 m away (stop "Lourdes")
- Ski lessons: There are different departure times for ski lessons. This varies depending on the time of year and the type of lesson. We invite you to contact the school and give them the address of your accommodation.

The reception and key handover take place on site from 4 p.m. or before if your accommodation is already ready.

IS THE END-OF-STAY CLEANING INCLUDED?
Yes, the end-of-stay cleaning is included in your reservation.
It does not include the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), the trash to be thrown away.

Household linen (sheets and towels) is not included in this reservation: you must bring your own linen. These services are offered as an option, to be booked directly with the Conciergerie des Aravis:
- Rental of household linen (sheets and towels): €27.5 per person.

NB: the width of the beds is indicated in the description of the accommodation. The beds are equipped with rectangular duvets and pillows (standard double duvet 220 x 240)

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Pets are not allowed. It may seem rigid, but we have had too much abuse. Thank you for your understanding.

ACCOMMODATION RULES et CONDITIONS
- The accommodation is non-smoking and no noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Check-out time is 10 a.m. at the latest.
- The end-of-stay cleaning option does not include: the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), the trash to be thrown away and, if applicable, cleaning the fireplace (windows and ashes).
- A deposit is required for certain reservations. We use the independent online deposit service Swikly. The deposit is secured within two weeks of arrival (not debited/does not affect your credit card limit). It automatically cancels 20 days after your departure.
