SKI IN / OUT, Upgraded Condo, Great Location for Ski Season and Summer

SKI IN / OUT CONDO ONE ROW FROM SLOPESIDE NEAR THE BOYNELAND RUN! Steps from the paved path and short walk to the village, bars, restaurant and water park resort area. While there are many Disciples condo options to choose from, this location is one of the best, both in the winter and summer months. A true Ski-In Ski-Out, just take 20 steps across Boyneland drive and you are slopeside. Close to the slopes and a short walk to the main village; no need to walk those steep hills for the non-skiers or in the summer months.

The unit sleeps 18. The upper level includes a master suite with a King Bed, the guest bedroom contains two queen beds and the enclosed private loft suite contains two queen beds as well. Most units do not have the loft enclosed for a truly private bedroom! The upgraded kitchen features marble countertops and a great butlers nook.

The lower master bedroom contains a queen bed with a twin over full bunk. The guest bedroom contains one full and one queen bed. Lower level features 9 ft ceilings, an upgraded and wonderfully large island kitchen, and cozy sitting area with a fireplace.

You will have access to two kitchens both fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and all the amenities of home.

Linens and towels are provided.

Day passes can be purchased for the spa and main lodge pool and hot tub. Subject to availability. The Clocktower outdoor heated pool and hot tub may be available for guest use. However, this is controlled by the resort and is subject to resort rules and conditions.

Great condo with amazing location to slopes

We had a group of 11 and the condo size was perfect, we even had extra space!The beds were comfy, the kitchens well stocked with dishes and pots & pans to cook meals and the location for skiing couldn’t have been better!The fire places made our stay extra cozy and we couldn’t have been happier with our entire stay.We will be booking here again for sure!

Great stay!

Property was perfect for our group. Large enough for everyone to have privacy but still come together in the common spaces. Having a washing machine was so helpful and the location was excellent, right next to the magic carpet! If available we will return next year!

Perfect weekend getaway

This condo was a perfect fit for our group of 11. Plenty of beds, bedrooms and bathrooms. We rented for Super Bowl weekend. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. We are coffee drinkers and were bummed to find only #2 size cone filters for the coffee maker, but we managed without having to go buy more. For reference to future guests you’ll need cone #4 to make a full pot. If you like to have ice for your drinks bring ice for the freezer. The kitchen did what we needed it to do otherwise. The entry was tight especially with all of the boots and shoes, but again we managed. Overall we all loved our space and would do it again next year!!!

Ideal Location and Property for a Ski Trip

I have been coming to Boyne on annual ski trips for several years with a large group and this property was perfect for us. It was in excellent condition with plenty of space so our group never felt cramped. There were enough dishes and seats for large family style meals. The appliances, thermostat, and tv were all in great condition and easy to use. Check in and communication with the owners was seamless. This property is as close as you can get to the slopes without being adjacent to them, perfect for getting out early in the morning and peaceful evenings. Overall excellent, we would definitely stay in this property again!

Boyne 2025

We took two of our children and their families to Boyne for a long weekend. There were 6 grandkids (ages 10 mos. to 7 years) and 6 adults including my wife and me. This 5 bedroom condo worked out very well for us with room to spread out. It is well equipped and the kids even enjoyed some of the games in the closets. The owners were very responsive to our emails and we had no issues with check-in or check-out. The short walk to the Boyneland run was not a problem for us and I'm 69 years old. We were right at the top of the Magic Carpet for the beginner area and it was very convenient given the age of our grandkids. We are already planning our trip for next year and will likely stay in the same condo.

2025 Family Ski Trip

The place was awesome! Well taken care of and one of the nicest we have stayed in. The whole family fit in with room to spare and made for our best Family Ski trips ever! Very convenient to the Slope and facilities with Virtually a ski in ski out location. Snow removal crew was on point. Can't say enough about this place.

Holiday fun

The condo was perfect for our multi-generational family. Our hosts thought of everything we might require for our stay: comfortable beds, plenty of towels, a very well appointed kitchen(2 actually), and unexpected extras like cozy throws, games, and additional seating at the table. We were able to walk to the slopes and the entirety of the resort. And, our hosts were responsive and made us truly feel like their valued guests.

Great Ski Vacation

The property was fantastic for a couple of days away with friends and family. It was my wife’s Birthday and she said she couldn’t haven’t asked for a more perfect spot. We had a Dinner for 12 and the kitchen had everything we needed. The downstairs was especially nice to have since my kids decided to stay up until five in the morning playing cards. We closed the door and never heard them. Everyone had a great time. Planning to go back next year.

Great Space!

We had a great time! Almost everything was great! A couple of suggestions would be to have the primary tub jets cleaned it looked really gross. Also the fabric softener or the detergent used to clean the bedding was EXTREMELY over powering! We are not that sensitive to smells, but it was WAY too much. Overall a great stay!!!, just some suggestions. Oh and the front steps to get in is in poor condition, be careful.

Late-Season Ski Trip

We had a great time in the house! All of the rooms are spread out, so you don’t feel like you’re on top of one another. However, the space is small enough to allow for regular interactions :-) It was Almost ski in ski out, but with the lack of snow, we did have to do a little walking through some dirt and stairs. It is definitely a place we are interested in staying at again!

Our stay was great we loved the location of the condo ,it was very clean and tidy ,,we messaged Nader when we made our first down payment he was very quick to respond,, and answered all all our questions! We had a 15 passenger van and a 12 x 8 trailer,, they had enough parking by the condo for two vehicles,, but we couldn’t keep the trailer by the condo it was kind of confusing ,,, but I called Nader and he helped me through it to find the right spot to park our trailer, I appreciate the abruptness on phone calls and text messages. If we decide to go in the future ,I recommend to go with This ski in ski out condo!

After coming up to Boyne mountain for many years, both winter and summer, our two families decided to buy a place. We hope to use it often, and are delighted to share it with guests when we are not there. Hope it feels like a home to you when you visit!

Location, the location is phenomenal. If you've stayed at Boyne, you understand this. During ski season, you take 20 steps off the back deck you are slopeside staring at the Boyneland run/chairlift. You truly can ski right on and off the hill. Nothing beats the ability to conveniently come in and our of your condo on the mountain all day during your ski trip. Also - if you have kids, it's located right by the bunny hills, ski school area and kids camp. A SUPER convenient location for families to stay in. Similarly in the summer (and also in the winter), you walk out the front door, and you are just steps from the paved sidewalk path (which is well lit at night) that takes you directly into the village area, so you can easily enjoy time on the lawn by the main lodge, the restaurants, pools, etc.

The 9 foot ceilings in the lower level may not seem to be a big deal, but they make the lower level seem huge compared to most Disciples Village condos. The upgraded kitchens are fantastic, and the fully enclosed loft on the main level provides a great private space (with its own bathroom) that a family of four can comfortably stay in.
