Originally a warehouse, the soaring ceilings and exposed blonde beams nod to the apartment’s industrial heritage and artistic roots. The homeowners - a photographer and an artist - have filled the home with an amazing collection of art and curios, you’ll find something unique and interesting everywhere you turn.:

The interior of Rue Jules César Loft has been completely reimagined, creating a unique
space filled with character. Industrial architectural elements are juxtaposed with quirkily mismatched retro furniture. The open-plan layout gives this loft apartment a
wonderfully spacious feel, softened by cosy nooks and corners.

A magnificent wall of windows illuminates the photographer’s studio area, creating an inspirational space for working or relaxing as you please. Meanwhile, the living area is warm and welcoming, filled with striking works of art and statement design pieces. The kitchen is bright and packed with modern appliances, while the adjoining glass-roofed dining area feels relaxed and perfect for family meals.

Two bedrooms grace the second level - a primary suite with a king-size bed and a second
bedroom with three single beds suitable for children. The primary suite feels intimate and
comfortable, a marked change from the vastness of the living areas. A charming white ensuite has a fitted bath and walk-in shower and is lit by another feature glass
ceiling. The second bedroom is a sweet children’s room filled with books, toys, and cupboard storage and you’ll find a second light-filled bathroom just down the hallway.

A small terrace completes this beguiling Parisian loft, a private space where you can
watch the sunset over the city skyline with a glass of wine. Rue Jules César Loft is
strategically located close to the Right Bank and is also just a short distance from Bastille

central location with plenty to do right on your doorstep. Film lovers will adore the contrasting
Brutalist structure of the Cinémathèque Française. Designed by architect Frank Gehry, this is not just a cinema but a fascinating museum celebrating the golden age of filmmaking. In the afternoon, set off for a stroll down the historic Rue Crémieux, a cobbled street with colourful painted housefronts, or along the vibrant banks of Canal St Martin, where you’ll find a host of eating and drinking establishments. While away your evenings exploring the local dining hotspots or savouring a show at the nearby Opéra Bastille.
