Large open living areas with tons of natural light. Spacious fully stocked kitchen with eating area both at breakfast bar and breakfast nook. Large family room with comfy seating and room to lounge. Separate formal living and dining room with space to entertain. Huge master suite with premium bedding, sitting area, large walk-in closet and soaking tub. Total of 3 bedrooms all equipped with King size beds and luxurious bedding.

Relax by the private pool, golf, swim or enjoy all the amenities of Westbrook Village. A 55+ community with access to 2 -18 hole courses, Huge community pools, pickleball, tennis, racquetball, restaurants and tons of activities!

Excellent location only minutes to P83 (spring training - theatre - restaurants - Costco etc) and within 20 min to Westgate (Cardinal Stadium, Top Golf, Restaurants and so much more!)

This is a beautiful, quiet and relaxing area. Beautifully maintained, landscaped and a great place to re-charge and play! We would love to host you!

Peoria House

This was a great property. It was in a wonderful, beautiful, quiet area. The house was gorgeous and very clean. Timi, the host, was great. She was very responsive to all our questions. The pool and patio were lovely and we spent a lot of time out there. Very spacious house with a king size bed in each bedroom! A bouquet of tulips and a large gift basket greeted us upon check in. All in all, a great experience!!!

Spring break getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to the Phoenix area. We were able to enjoy some of the variety that the city provides. The accommodations were first rate and if available, we will stay there again. There was nothing we required that was not available and on hand in this property.

Exceeded expectations

The Brooks home was a perfect place to stay for Spring Training and golf. The location was 10 minutes from the the Peoria Sports Complex and an easy drive. The home was large, bright and very well appointed with easy access to close grocery stores and pharmacies. Having comfortable king size beds in each of the three bedrooms was something we didn't know we needed until this thoughtful home. As a cook the kitchen had everything you might need and then some...especially wonderful was full access to the spices and essentials. Huge bonus was free use of the golf cart, bikes and scooters. We drove the cart to a local golf course and learned that golf carts can be driven on the roads around Peoria/Sun City. A little nervous at first but quickly got the lay of the land. Timi and Jim were very responsive and wonderful hosts. Absolutely would stay again and will recommend to friends. 10/10!

Westbrook Nice

Our stay at this property was a delightful experience! The house was very clean and well organized. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with necessities! The host was very helpful and checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied. Westbrook is a nice area with easy access to grocery stores and entertainment! Another plus, we were given access to a golf cart and bicycles. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to this area.

Jim and I have been married about 30 years! I grew up in Flagstaff and moved to WA state in my early 20's ... met Jim there and we raised our two kids there. Jim is now a retired firefighter and I am a Realtor both in WA state and in AZ. We moved back here in 2018 to be closer to my family. We have a home in Flagstaff and also here in Peoria... We love the two completely different climates and the different lifestyles that both homes offer.

We especially love this home in Westbrook because there is so much to do!! It feels like vacation all year round and there are so many wonderful things to see. Wishing a wonderful stay and if there is anything at all we can assist with please do not hesitate to contact us!

This home is spacious and has awesome living areas... It can easily accomodate 3 couples for a getaway! All bedrooms have king size beds and premium linens. Westbrook Village is a 55+ community so it is quiet but there is so much to do! You'll find a very active community here with golfing, swimming, dancing, bingo, aerobics, racquetball, picklball, tennis and so much more! Two restaurants/clubhouses and close to so much on the west side including P83 and Westgate.
