Located in one of the best fishing areas in all of Clear Lake, Bass Alley Bungalow is a an incredible escape for fishing enthusiasts and families alike!

On the main level of the home, guests can relax and take in the beautiful panoramic views of the lake. The comfortable living room and expansive deck provide the perfect space to unwind and enjoy the scenery. With two bedrooms, everyone can have a cozy place to rest. The kitchen allows for convenient meal preparation, and the full bath ensures the comfort of the guests.

The lower level offers a spacious family room, as well as two sets of bunk beds (Twin bed on top, Full sized bed on bottom) which make it a great spot for guests to have their own space and enjoy their stay.

For outdoor activities, the private waterfront pier, dock and deck offer a convenient and enjoyable area for lounging, swimming, and, of course, fishing. Guests can easily access the water and spend their time casting lines and trying their luck at catching some bass or catfish.

The combination of comfortable indoor spaces, stunning lake views, and private access to the water makes it an ideal location to relax and enjoy the beauty of Clear Lake.

Clear Lake has World Class fishing for Largemouth Bass; Crappie; Bluegill; Sunfish. Channel, Blue and Yellow Catfish. Come join us for one of the 20 plus fishing tournaments held each year.
If you feel like a day or afternoon away, Discover California’s hidden Wine Country. Lake County has deep roots in wine grape growing with the first vines planted in the 1870’s. Today there are over 8,400 acres of vineyards. Wines from Lake County have recently been featured in Wine Spectator, Decantor and Food and Wine magazines. Take a tour of local wineries without the crowds of Napa and Sonoma before the rest of the world discovers this growing wine region.
