Year round activities including /hiking/sledding/cross country skiing// beach/boating/ FISHING from dock now allowed w valid PA license. Convivence store that sells everything (beer/ice/propane/firewood/groceries) less than 2 miles on property - main road when you go through gates.

Up to two dogs allowed (additional $150 for cleaning fee). Please keep them off furniture. No dogs less than one year old. No cats. Renters are expected to pick up after their dogs and clean any hair - failure to do so will result extra charges (please keep dogs off furniture if they shed). Must be kept in yard at all times when outside.
