In the commune of Fontvieille, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 200 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 3,000 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation includes :
- 60 m² living room with sofas, TV, fireplace
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
- One bathroom with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Fontvieille, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

- Nearest train station: Arles 9 km (approx. 15 min. by car)
- Nearest airport: Montpellier-Méditerranée 90 km (approx. 1 hour by car)
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.
