Summary:
Located right inside of Brown's Canyon and 10 minutes from Park City, this 4BR Townhome is 10-minutes from thousands of skiable acres and miles of trails around the Jordanelle Reservoir. No matter the season, this location is in the middle of the best the area has to offer!

You can plan to enjoy a relaxing soak in the private hot tub each night while discussing what tomorrow has in store. Make plans easy on the first night and visit The Overlook restaurant just across the street!

The Space:
LIVING AREA
On the entry level, an open living space offers the perfect retreat to unwind after a day of exploration and enjoyment. In the contemporary sitting area, a plush sofa and three armchairs sit before a 50” TV and a large brick fireplace. Off of the main living is a large deck that overlooks Deer Valley and the rest of the Wasatch Back.

For those multi-generational groups, send the kiddos on downstairs to enjoy the wall mounted TV and lounging space to enjoy shows and sports!

KITCHEN & DINING
Just off the entry-level living space, a gleaming white kitchen bar seats five. It’s the perfect spot to chat and prep meals. Make use of a full suite of stainless steel Viking appliances, including a gas range and a French door refrigerator. Dish up vacation feasts at the nearby dining table, seating six comfortable within ear shot of the countertop bar for overflow dining seats.

BED & BATH
On the entry level, a king bed awaits in the master bedroom. This room also has a private deck, a TV, and a stylish en-suite bath with a dual vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. On the same level as the master bedroom, a second guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a storage closet with a full-bathroom right outside the door. Downstairs, the lower-level third bedroom features a king bed, and a size-able closet as well as a full-bathroom right outside the door.

Tucked away on the top floor, the fourth bedroom doubles as a kid-friendly bunk room & extra lounge space for kiddos. In addition to a pair of twin-over-full bunk beds, this spacious room features a newly installed foosball table and an L-shaped sectional sleeper sofa, perfect for viewing the 65" TV.

OUTDOOR AREA
After a day on the mountain, come home to your hot tub — located just off the entry-level living area. The home also has a deck off of the main living area to sip coffee and enjoy the sun and the masted bedroom has a deck off the back of the townhome.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire three-story town home and two-car garage with the exception of an owner's lockout closet on the first floor.

IMPORTANT: This home is strictly an animal-free zone due to the owner having extreme allergies to pet dander. Because of this, we can not host groups with any pets regardless of their status due to concerns for the owners.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the beautiful mountains only a few minutes from downtown Park City, Black Rock Ridge offers a lovely, brand-new area with gorgeous homes, incredible views, and unbeatable luxury. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city while staying in a quiet, private townhome only a 10 minute drive to Main Street and the ski resorts. This area is the perfect place for a fantastic vacation any time of year.

Getting Around:
While this home isn't close to any mass transit stops, the location is perfect for a passing by ride-share. Or remove the need for another party and rent a car knowing a private garage will keep it safe and dry. There is parking for four vehicles between the garage and the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
At Wasatch Homes and Land Property Management, we provide all paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, soaps, detergents, and coffee for our guests. It's our pleasure to alleviate the need for a grocery run for those to get in late and those who just want to show up and enjoy the space!

The newly opened Black Rock Ridge Resort and Hotel is right down the street and offers restaurants, a spa and fantastic places to spend an evening close to the rental. There is a restaurant and a bar located inside of the building that are highly recommended.

Interaction with Guests:
While we expect everything to be perfect for our guest prior to arrival, there are unforeseen circumstances sometimes out of our control! Luckily, we are located not far from this property and can be available if and when needed!

Good value
-Michael was nice and let us check in 2 hours early. We had a great time skiing in Park City and the house is not very far away and is a pretty good value. We debated posting a review but since we rely on the review system to pick our top rated rentals we did not want to be hypocritical. We informed Michael of everything during our stay but no change were made and as always we left the property in pristine condition with the loads done The house was cold and we had to reset the thermostats everyday to warm it up. Below are the issues we faced there that we hope Michael will address with his rental management. -There was trash spilled in the garage when we arrived (not a good first impression). - We were supposed to get 2 garage door openers, there was only 1 and it did not work (an inconvenience every time you drive in,/,out) -Every time we cooked the smoke alarms (living room and bedroom) blasted repeatedly ( even with all the glass doors opened) - No dustpan (and flour was coming off the small vacuum cleaner whose brush dud not rotate because they were stuck with hair). -We wanted to try the Jacuzzi after skiing (the roll up curtain did not roll up, we slid underneath,1 of the ties of the cover was ripped out and there was no light outside).Michael let us know where to get a light bulb and replace it. -The cable box in the master did not work - Lastly several of our clothes got completely ripped out and torn in the washer and dryer.

Best rental experience!
This stay exceeded our expectations! Me and my buddies go on a trip once a year and this was by far the nicest place we have stayed and a great price! I didn’t have to ask many questions but when I did, I got an answer quickly. Quick 8-12 minute drive to the slopes. Hot tub was excellent and clean. Lots of areas to hang out and relax. Kitchen had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back to park city!

Excellent host and house
We had a fabulous time at this property. Michael was incredibly communicative and responsive, thoughtful and caring, even checking on us during the snowstorm. The house was clean, high quality and welcoming. The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids, hot tub and foosball table kept everyone occupied after a full day of skiing. It was easily accessible and close to skiing and other amenities. We would highly recommend this place and host and would love to come back soon!

Great Property Close to Skiing
We were a group of 10 (two families) staying over Christmas for a ski vacation. The condo had everything we needed (hot tub!) and it was an easy ~15 minute drive to Park City. It is perfect for a large group. The management was incredibly responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation!
Our family loved staying in this townhome. It was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. Less than 15 minutes to Main Street and easy access to grocery stores. My boys loved the ping pong table and foosball and sleeping in the loft. Beds were super comfy too! Great communication with the owner. AC was greatly appreciated coming from Texas! We’ll be back!

Loved this home. Modern, well-appointed home. Heated floors in en-suite were a treat. Large dining table was great for family dinners and card games. Bunk room is bigger than in the photos, with two bunk beds and roomy couch. Private hot tub was ideal for after ski relaxation.
