This beautiful Lake Ozark island (once known as Hawaiian Island) lake front condo offers 1300 sq. feet of comfort, quiet, and relaxation with a gorgeous view of the main channel near the historical Bagnell Dam. Our unit is perfect for those who are looking for a quiet family setting to relax and make many fun memories that the lake has to offer.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with all china, cutlery, cooking utensils, pot/pans, cookie sheets, muffin tins, blender, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and more! Also, a breakfast bar that seats 2 and a separate dining table that seats 6-7.
The stocked laundry room is just off of the
kitchen, with a full-size washer and dryer for your
convenience. All clean linens, towels and detergent are provided.
The master bedroom suite features a king size pillow top mattress, gorgeous views of the lake, private bathroom including his & her vanities, and a spacious walk-in shower.
The 2nd and 3rd guest bedrooms are located just off the kitchen. The 2nd guest room is furnished with a queen size pillow top mattress, and a Roku TV. The 3rd guest room offers a twin over full size bunk bed with a Roku television. All bedrooms are stocked with linens, pillows and extra blankets for a perfect night sleep.
Bathrooms provide bath towels, wash cloths, make up wash cloths, and complementary travel size toiletries.
The main living area includes a flat screen Roku TV, and an electric fireplace in front of the large comfortable sectional sofa.
Last but not least is the cozy patio! It’s one of our favorite areas to lounge and take in all the beauty of the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee, or a cocktail in the evening! Our dock and 12x32 boat slip will also be available upon request (no additional cost) and is conveniently located right outside the patio. Our family has had great luck fishing right off the dock catching impressive large mouth bass and crappie! Wave breakers were recently installed to protect the docks and boats from the busy main channel. PLEASE NOTE: Fire pit table on porch had to be removed due to HOA rules.

Please note that currently half of the island is under new construction. Where our unit is located, we haven’t had any noise issues, but want our guests to not be surprised upon arrival.
This is our home away from home that we take great pride in. We have many full-time resident neighbors who have become great friends. We ask out of respect for them and the rest of the community, quiet hours are between 10 p.m and 8 a.m. Disturbance calls will unfortunately end your stay if they become an issue without refund for the remainder of your booked stay. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. $500 fee will be charged, or loss of deposit along with immediate end of stay. Missing or damaged contents will also result in replacement funds taken from deposit, or insurance. Private contract signed on Docusign required.
Please note our property features a Ring camera on the front door, facing the exterior entryway. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device.
Minimum age requirement is 25 with a valid state ID due at check in. 7 registered guests allowed for maximum overnight occupancy.
