Upon entering, the living room will be the first space to appear before your eyes–with comfortable furniture, a nautical-themed interior, and a large flatscreen smart TV, this will be a great place to unwind indoors.

The dine-in kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials so you or the chef of the group can surprise the group with mouth-watering meals. Don't hesitate to use the free WiFi available to look up that recipe you've been dying to try! Right off the kitchen is a small family room with a flatscreen smart TV that conveniently opens up to the deck.

Disappointing

The beds were awful. One of them made so much noise with even the smallest amount of movement it sounded like my friend was sleeping on a bag of potato chips. One of the bedrooms had a mattress and box spring on the floor, no bed frame. No keurig coffee maker, only a regular coffee maker. We had to use paper towels as a filter. We could not watch the tv in the living room because it was in a corner behind the end of the couch.

Great Location, Mediocre Everything Else

This is probably one of the worst rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely a fantastic location, but the actual house left a lot to be desired. All of the closets were filled with the owner’s junk, there was only one roll of toilet paper (we had to buy more), we had to contact Vrbo in order to get the wifi passport, and there was no water pressure in the shower. The back deck, outdoor shower and location were its only redeeming qualities.

Not close to Mayflower Beach

This listing stated that the house is a mile from Mayflower Beach, but it's important to note that it's actually 2.4 miles up a very steep hill from Mayflower Beach. It's just shy of 2 miles from Corporation Beach and less than a mile from a pond beach. So, this altered our vacation quite a bit and cost us a lot of money in parking at the beach. Aside from that, the house had most of what we needed. Two of the three bedrooms have window AC and the third was too hot to sleep in, but we made do. The kitchen had everything we needed and was nicely labeled. The laundry in the basement worked, but it would have been so nice to have a line to hang wet towels and swimsuits on. The wifi works very well indoors, but does not extend to the deck or yard. Overall, the property was comfortable, but it was hard to get past the misleading location.

Perfect for short stay in the Cape

Our family had to make a last minute booking due to COVID exposure at former accommodations. This house was easy to book and included everything we needed for our family of four. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was fully stocked. The house and furnishings were dated but the beds and linens were comfortable. We were thankful for the air conditioning units and washer and dryer. The host was quick to respond when we had questions. Overall- would recommend!

It wasn’t cleaned properly.

. We saw couple dead spiders in bath tub. The main door wasn’t opening, we spent too much time figuring out how we can open the door. It was jam. Called helpdesk, but they checked back next day which was too late. Asked for an extra hour to wrap up things on day of leaving but was denied.

Great location!

What a killer location! The back patio is wonderful and the outdoor shower is a DREAM! Used it more than I used the indoor shower! Plenty of towels and linens for everyone and the A/C window units were a nice touch in the bedrooms. Loved this area and loved the home!
