Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you in Maraussan, we offer you this charming air-conditioned house between the sea and the mountains, with a private swimming pool. It has a surface area of 106 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 46 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 465 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 46 m² living room with sofa, armchair and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

First floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and walk-in shower
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 3x6m, 1.50m deep, with a tarpaulin cover is available, as is an alarm. Open from 30 May to 30 September (opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions).
- An 80 m² terrace at the back of the house under an arbour with a round table and 6 chairs.
- A beautiful south-facing exotic garden of 465 m² with dining table for 6 people, garden furniture and deckchairs. There is also a small table for two under the olive trees by the pool and a swing.

The house is ideally located in Maraussan, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are just 300 metres from the house.

- Cycling from the house, visits to the garrigues and vineyards or along the Canal du Midi.
- Swimming in the river or in the Thau Pézenas basin
- Visits to castles and medieval villages
- Access to Spain less than an hour away

Transport links :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard of the house. There are also free parking spaces in the street. All motorways are nearby, including the A75 and A7, and the Béziers bypass passes right in front of Maraussan.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Béziers station, 6 km away
- Nearest airport: Vias airport 10 minutes away and Carcassonne airport 40 minutes away.
- Bus stop 200 metres from the house
