Neue Küche mit allen Holzschränken, Granitarbeitsplatten und Edelstahlgeräten. Die Küche ist mit allen wichtigen komplett ausgestattet.
Wir haben viele gute dockage für Ihr Boot. Die große Docking-Bereich erstreckt sich 90 Meter und beinhaltet einen schönen Schnitt-Schein. Das Dock enthält Strom, Wasser. Es gibt auch eine Reinigungsstation auf der Anklagebank. Auch gibt es viel Platz für Anhänger auf der Seite des Homei. Es geht um die Schifffahrt.

Das öffentliche Bootsrampe ist ganz in der Nähe und ist kostenlos.

Die saubere, möblierte Haus verfügt über schöne Möbel und hochwertige Bettwäsche, einer schönen Gartenanlage, die Sie wissen, Sie sind in den Tropen lässt. Es ist ein Ort, in dem Ihr viele Erfahrungen zu starten, die Sie ein Leben lang erinnern werden.

Nieder Matecumbe ist der Name unserer kleinen Insel in Islamorada. Wir sind bei Meile Markierung 76. 5. (THE REAL ISLAMORADA). Wir sind zu Fuß zu Robbies Marina, die Heimat einer großen Wohnbevölkerung von Tarpon die Sie beobachten und Futtermittel. Sie haben auch einen Bootsverleih und Touren, und ein schönes Restaurant. Wir sind auch sehr nah an Bud und Mary Marina, World Wide Sportler, Sandy Cove und Calusa Cove Marinas und mehr. Es gibt viele Restaurants mit drei Meilen mit dem Boot oder mit dem Auto oder mit dem Fahrrad zu besuchen.

Bei einem Aufenthalt an unserem Standort sind Sie etwa 100 Meter vom Atlantik entfernt. Der Zugang zum Wasser dauert nur wenige Minuten über den Indian Key Channel oder die weltbekannten Fischerkanäle Nr. 2 oder Nr. 5. Great home!

Beautiful home. Very well maintained! Owner was excellent to work with and very clear instruction and communication. The only downfall( not the owners doing) but the home is at the end of the canal lots of debris gets stuck in the water. Especially when Debby came to town😉 The canal is not swim-able nor fishable since lots of people go out on their boats and come back to clean their catch. Neighbors were very nice! Nice quiet neighborhood.

Meeting Islamorada and the Keys.

This was our first trip to the Keys and the Irvine's great canal house is right in the middle of everything! As the many other reviews stated, the house was bright & clean and ready for an active family. We didn't see any manatees in the canal which made my duaghter sad-- and we realized too late that having our own boat would have been a good idea.... But Chris is an excellent 'host', was super accommodating, full of good local hints & knowledge and a good Embassador for his world.

Great Vacation Rental

We just returned from staying at this property for 2 weeks and I give it 5 stars! This home is not large, but layed out well and never felt small to us.(Great use of the square footage) It is very clean, beds are comfortable, tv’s and internet work great, space under house is wonderful, yard area is nicely maintained with plenty of chairs to relax. Boat dock area is nice with water hose & fish cleaning station. It was great that we could bring our dog, he loved it too. (You will need to bring a cable or keep your dog on a leash as yard is not fenced in) The kitchen has to be the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen at a vacation rental. I was impressed by how much the owner has provided. I wish we had a hot tub since no pool, but with our boat, we kept busy. Chris, the owner, was wonderful in communicating with us and answering all of the questions I had on where to eat, where to launch the boat, etc. He responds very quickly when you have any questions. I would recommend this home when traveling to Islamorada.

Perfect keys house

We stayed for a week for fishing and diving. The house was perfect for our needs. We had ample space for our 32 center console including space for our trailer and 2-3 vehicles. The house is close to the end of the canal so boat traffic was minimal. Communication with Chris was great. We had an issue with the ac when we woke up we made contact at 6am and he had the Ac back up and running in just a few hours. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Perfect Home to Enjoy the Sport-Fishing Capital of the World!!

This canal front home was exactly as described - Fresh, Clean, and Relaxing! The kitchen and outdoor grill provided all the essentials for cooking our fresh catches. The updated appliances worked perfectly. The home was very clean with updated bedding and decor. The outside was nicely landscaped. The home was pet friendly which was necessary for us. This home is the perfect set up for visitors bringing their own boat. We were able to store the boat trailer at the home. The additional downstairs storage room contained a deep freezer for bait and ice… an added bonus for the fishermen! The docking area easily accommodated the boat, the fresh water access at the dock made cleaning up easy, and the fish cleaning station was perfect. The short commute down the canal provided convenient access to the Atlantic for snorkeling and fishing adventures. Alligator Reef is within view and provided an opportunity to view fish and sea turtles in their natural habitat. Mahi Mahi, Yellow Tail Snapper, Red Grouper, and Mutton were the greatest catches on the Atlantic side. Our daughter had an amazing time fly fishing the Everglades with Nate from More than a Little Charters out of Bud and Mary’s. The home is super convenient to bait and fuel by water. By land, you are convenient to Publix, Bass Pro, Robbie’s and great restaurants! Manatees were regulars during rain showers! They love to drink the fresh water draining from the sea walls! Chris is an excellent host! Can’t wait to book again!

Can’t wait to come back

Fantastic stay. We come down to the keys once a year in June for a week every year and this was the perfect spot. Super clean and updated. Everything you need to cook anything in the kitchen. Great water access to the ocean or the bay right around the corner. We kayaks and paddle boards down to the end of the canal every night at sunset. Communication was fantastic. Very responsive. No negative comments whatsoever. Will definitely stay here again.

I would say this place is just okay. Configuration is very strange with the lower bedroom not internally connected to the upper floor main living area...you access it from a separate entrance with separate key outside next to parking. Two of the bathrooms (which are not pictured in the listing) are horribly configured and very inconvenient. Couch and chair in main living area are incredibly dirty and disgusting...it's like 25 years of accumulated filth. Bedspreads were stained which is not acceptable. Upsides...the location is good and the communication with the owner was fine. Not sure we would stay here again, however.

This is a nice VRBO property in a good location if you’re bringing your boat. However parking the boat trailer was a bit of a challenge from the street but we figured it out. The house was clean and well supplied with the basic essentials. Chris was very responsive to all of our questions and any issues that presented.

House was mostly clean, but not even a hand soap was provided! All furnishings look like they came from a thrift store! Canal was nasty and cut to get out of canal to ocean was narrow, shallow and rocky! For the price not horrible but owner: hang some fans, update furniture, provide a hand soap in bathroom- hell our cleaning crew provides them every cleaning!!
