Dine together indoors at the table for four, or enjoy an alfresco experience on your furnished balcony. And when you just want to put your feet up and relax, claim a spot on the plush sectional and watch a favorite show or movie in the inviting living area. This home also includes two additional private balconies, one of which is accessible from the loft. You and your guests will also enjoy access to shared pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and gas grills, all available on-site.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We loved our stay at this property. The grounds are very beautiful and well taken care of. We spent time at the upper pool and it was really nice, loved that the hot tub was really hot. The unit was very clean and had most things you could need, minus a crib. Morning coffee on the balcony was perfect. We loved that there was a wagon for the babe, snorkel gear, chairs, and beach toys. The only thing to consider is the location is slightly further out of the hub. Makes it so quiet and peaceful (and the beach across the street, Kamaole 111 is so lovely), but just a little too far to walk for coffee or meals so extra driving was required.

This place has very comfy king beds and living room furniture. It is well stalked with beach supplies and has awesome AC.

Great Christmas and New Years spot

We always rent out a place at Christmas and this was the first time we stayed at a loft. Great investment as the extra space is worth it. The place is really well stalked (we just bring our nespresso and sodastream) and it had everything else! Great chairs for the beach. Great air conditioning (it was hot!) and great access to both pools. Beds were comfortable and couch was awesome. It’s just starting to get a little worn in and if the price keeps going up - the carpets could use an update and the outdoor furniture is a bit worn in. But otherwise a it’s awesome and made us feel like we never wanted to leave.

Comfy place to sleep!

This is a comfortable condo and both beds were super restful! The A/C works well and we really needed it this week. Also nice to have beach gear to use as well as coolers and ice packs. I forgot to bring shampoo and had to buy some but that was my fault. We had to move the throw rugs out of the way as they were a tripping hazard for my parents - one of who is using crutches this month. The complex is quiet and the pool was warm. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Hidden Gem.

This was a beautiful condo with a peak a boo view of the water and tree cover that makes to feel like your not in a complex. We could actually hear the waves crashing on the shore for morning breakfast. Great wind flow through condo to keep cool with comfortable beds. All the amenities for a day at the beach or to cook in the kitchen. We will be back next year, highly recommend.
