Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection and television.

All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!

A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.

## Interaction

Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival.

During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.

After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or message.

In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.

## Neighborhood

The location is also perfect for all ages to soak up the Parisian atmosphere with the bars, restaurants and cafés that overwhelm the neighborhood.

You can take the Roissy Bus to/from Charles de Gaulle ( CDG ) airport. It's a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

All 24-hour cab services (Uber, G7, cabs, etc.) are just 2 minutes away.

You can also enjoy the view by taking buses 20, 21, 27, 29, 32, 42, 45, 52, 66, 95 and N15.

You can even explore the city by bike (VELIB), as there's a station just a two-minute walk from the apartment.

## Notes

Check-in is as from 4:00 pm.

It is possible to check-in outside these times, subject to availability.

You will be asked to show proof of identity on arrival. For European guests, national identity card or driving licence is accepted. For non-europeans guests, passport is compulsory.

Please note that for special events such as showrooms, film shoots, etc., prices are subject to change.

Information of June 20, 2024: there is currently renovation work on the building's facades in the courtyard ONLY. The scaffolding is NOT affecting visibility and natural light in the apartment. The work will last approximately 6 months more.
Work take place only on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00 and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 13:00. There is no work on Sundays or public holidays. There will be noise disturbance during this time frame. Prices have been adjusted accordingly.

Please note that you need to collect the key at another address which is 300 meters / 3 minutes away by foot from the apartment.
