Welcome to our comfortable vacation home, La Maison Océane de la Sauzaie, located in Bretignolles sur Mer. Ideally situated near the sea and the Sauzaie beach, it offers the perfect setting for a successful vacation.

An entrance area with a large living room featuring a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator-freezer, induction cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Thermomix, pod coffee machine), a dining area with a table and chairs, a lounge area with two sofas, a coffee table, furniture, television, audio system, and Wi-Fi. There is a large tiled terrace with garden furniture and an awning. A master suite with a 140 cm bed, nightstands, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and towel dryer, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs:

A staircase leading to a hallway with a bathroom, vanity unit, towel warmer, and walk-in shower.
A bedroom with a 140 cm bed, two bedside tables, and a 90 cm bed.
A bedroom with a 140 cm bed, two bedside tables, and a dressing area.
A bedroom with a bunk bed (two 90 cm beds) and a dressing area.
A driveway in front of the house for two cars, providing access to the garage and entrance.
