Welcome to 19A West Hyde Park - this gorgeous villa boasts three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and one of the prettiest faux fireplaces you'll see! The living room is spacious with a pullout couch, that amazing faux fireplace and access to one of the larger patios in Kingston Resorts! The dining area is fun and funky with a drift-wood style table and colorful chairs for six. The kitchen has been completely updated and has lovely granite countertops, refaced cabinets and stainless steel appliances. There are also plenty of cookware items and kitchen gadgets to create fantastic meals! The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a large ensuite and access to the patio. The first guest bedroom has a king-sized bed, ample room for all your belongings and accesses the guest bathroom. The second guest bedroom is perfect for the kids, it has 2 twin beds and space to play! This villa also has a full-sized washer and dryer so no need to take home dirty clothes! Directly off the living room is a two-tiered patio, one of the largest ones in Kingston and both tiers have terrific park and lake views; the top tier has a high-top table and chairs for 2 and the lower tier has table for four!

Great location to stay during our travel basketball tourney

Property was located in the wonderful Kingston Plantation community. We enjoyed our stay and found the property centrally located for our needs. The beach was a short walk or car ride away, we typically drove just down the street while still on property and parked close to the hotel pool.

Perfect location with tons of amenities!

We took our kids on vacation for spring break and this property was perfect. Clean, well appointed and close to pools, restaurants, golf and the ocean. 10 out of 10.

Great location and amenities

Great property for our stay in Myrtle Beach. We were in town for a sports tournament and this worked out well. The pool and beach are a short walk away. The Currents pool complex was fantastic and we ate at the Black Drum Brewing Company several times- highly recommend. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 teens. We would return!

Lovely Resort.

The resort was beautiful. Check in wasn’t the best experience. I was sent to hotel to get a parking pass at the gate which was complete chaos. I attempted to call the number provided to reach the property manger, which they did not answer or respond to any text messages. I had 6 kids and was quite a distance from the beach, so I would have liked to rent a golf cart. Unfortunately they were all rented for the week and I was told I was only allowed to rent from Kingston Plantation golf cart rentals. The condo was nice and clean. There wasn’t many pots or pans to cook with for a large family, but we managed. The beach was beautiful and the water park was awesome! My kids loved it! Thank you for the nice stay!

Great family condo

Comfortable condo perfect for families. Wi-Fi was excellent, and plenty of room for our family of four. Be aware that you will hear the upstairs neighbor, but it wasn’t terribly noisy, just heavy footsteps. We had temps drop to freezing at night, and the twin bedroom stayed much cooler at night than the other bedrooms - but didn’t bother our little one. We would definitely stay here again - enjoyed being so close to the fitness center and the indoor pool and splash pad.

Missed on many points

This property missed - absolutely NO WiFi - we did reset the modem - beds/pillows uncomfortable,, is is NOT on beach but is a short walk, kitchen was sparsely equipped and the worst thing … very thin walls and ceiling. I could hear everything upstairs and they were not overly excessive. Total miss for our Thanksgiving.

Nice-Just hope you get good neighbors

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself is very nice. Laid out well and decorated beautifully. We travelled with FIVE teenagers and the WiFi is AWFUL. To me, it was unimportant, to the teenagers, it was torture. Our upstairs neighbors had to have been Cheech and Chong because they smoked weed NONSTOP which filled our entire until with the awful smell, almost to the point it was unbearable. With all that being said, if you get good neighbors and you don’t care about WiFi, the place is extremely lovely and located in a great spot to be within minutes from almost everything.

"Blakey family trip to Kingston Planation was the absolute best" We have to do a bounce-back.

Let me start this review with the word, “Amazing.” My family stayed from May 19th - 22nd. We rented a 3-bedroom condo in Kingston Plantation. This place is heaven on earth…literally. It is a resort community with golf course, pools, state of the art workout facility and pristine landscape. Our unit slept at least 8 and had plenty of space, with a huge flat screen TV in the living room. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensil’s needed for a large family. The washer and dryer we used often because of the size of our family. We had dual sinks in the master bath, and plenty of closet space. Now get this… the carpet looked and felt new. You can actually walk barefoot on the carpet. Another special edition, the deck had 2-tiers. Folks we used every inch of this condo. Ohhhh yes, the beds were quite comfortable, and the unit was clean. We didn’t see any loose hair in the shower, or in the beds after our personal inspection. We had access to all the hotels on site, and the pools were perfect with cabanas that served hot foods and beverage. In July the property is building a water park that will be an added family activity. Kingston Plantation has been by far the best beach resort we have ever stayed in. We didn’t want to leave…seriously. Our host Mr. Randy Devaux was quick to answer any questions, usually within 30 minutes or less. Our condo was about a ½ mile from the beach, but there was free parking and several beach access. Plenty of restaurants, and grocery stores were nearby. When you arrive to this gated community, you pull up to your condo punch in the code and you are in. This place is a diamond in the community, and we rate this resort with a 5-diamond rating. We cannot wait to return. What fond memories we have of Kingston Plantation. All I can say is, “Come see for yourself.” Just absolutely beautiful.

Great condo. Few improvements needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great condo with accurate photos. Nice, private outdoor space. Three areas of improvement needed1. Most/all windows were missing screens2. Couldn’t find the remote for the fireplace. 3. The internet was dreadful. We connected to the units Wi-Fi but it was painfully slow and disconnected often. The Hilton (landlord) representative was very nice and responsive and allowed us to check in a little early which was much appreciated.
