Located behind the fishing port, this house is a stone's throw from all the town's amenities (Halles market, embankment, shops), and you can get to the beach in just 5 minutes on foot!

The house comprises a living room with kitchen, equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a dining area with table and 4 chairs, ideal for a good meal or an evening of board games!
The kitchen is functional and fully equipped, with kettle, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, induction hob, toaster, fridge, freezer and more.
All this is complemented by a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi connection!
There is a separate toilet and washing machine on the ground floor.

On the night side, upstairs, there is a first bedroom with a 180cm bed (2x90cm), bedside tables and wardrobe, and a second bedroom with a 160cm bed, bedside tables and wardrobe.

Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower cubicle, washbasin with storage unit, towel rail, hairdryer and WC.

Pay parking is available in the streets of the town centre and in nearby car parks.
Free parking is available outside the town.
