The Gratte Ciel metro station, a 10-minute walk away, allows easy access to Lyon’s Presqu'île, including the famous Place Bellecour in 20 minutes, as well as the chic 6th arrondissement and La Part Dieu (train station and shopping center) - Les Halles Paul Bocuse - Auditorium of Lyon.
Nearby shops accessible on foot: Jacquier bakery and patisserie, Ninkasi Gratte-Ciel, Carrefour.

A mezzanine sleeping area with a double mattress (190x140 cm - placed on the floor) and a small bedside lamp. Access to the mezzanine is by stairs.

A kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, 2-burner electric cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, along with dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.

The shower room includes a sink, storage spaces, hair dryer, towel warmer, and toilet.
You will also have access to an iron, drying rack, ironing board, and mop with bucket.

Electric shutters on the windows (along with blackout curtains in the living room).

Villeurbanne combines the benefits of a big city with a greener and quieter environment, with direct proximity to the chic 6th arrondissement and the Part-Dieu district. By metro, tram, or bus, you will have quick access to all neighborhoods in Lyon thanks to extensive public transport options.

Villeurbanne offers a rich and lively community life: from youth to families and retirees, the area provides numerous cultural centers, sports complexes, associations, shops, schools, high schools, and universities.

The diversity of its residents is what gives Villeurbanne its originality and charm. With a strong cultural heritage, it includes historic sites such as the Gratte-Ciel, the City Hall, the National Popular Theater, Anatole France School, the Maison du Livre, de l'Image et du Son, Studio 24, the Astroballe (ASVEL), and the former Bayard and Bally factories. The city continues to develop with new neighborhoods like the Terrain des Sœurs, where our current project, Carrare, is located.
• Culture: with various venues and large, community-friendly events that enliven the area. Public and private theaters (TNP, Théâtre de l’IRIS), the National Music School, concert halls (Toï Toï Le Zinc and the Transbordeur), the IAC (Institute of Contemporary Art), an independent cinema (Le Zola, with a retro touch), cultural centers (Rize and the CCO), a Ninkasi like in Lyon, the Maison de l’Image et du Son (THE city media library), Les Invites, the short film festival, the children’s book festival.

St EXUPERY AIRPORT / APARTMENT (46 minutes):
To reach the apartment from St Exupéry Airport, take the Rhône Xpress towards Part-Dieu Station and get off at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie. Then take metro line A towards Perrache and get off at Gratte-Ciel. The apartment is a 10-minute walk away.
