Prime Location: Our apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a secure building, offering tranquility while being just steps away from shops and public transportation.

Elegance and Comfort: The apartment offers three similar bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a double bed (140cm x 190cm), a large wardrobe, a nightstand, and a bedside lamp. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed (140x190cm), a nightstand, a bedside lamp, a small dresser, and a chair. Finally, the third bedroom contains a double bed (140x190cm), a nightstand, and a bedside lamp. Please note: The windows do not have shutters, but they have curtains (non-blackout).

The living area is equipped with a nice sofa, a TV for moments of relaxation, and a dining area with a dining table and 7 chairs. You’ll also find a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction stove, range hood, toaster, kettle, as well as dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils.

The bathroom includes a large sink, storage space, a hairdryer, a towel warmer, and an LED round mirror with touch-backlighting for excellent illumination.

Additional amenities include a vacuum cleaner, drying rack, iron and ironing board, mop and bucket, and a broom with a dustpan.

ST EXUPERY AIRPORT / APARTMENT:
To get to the apartment from St Exupéry Airport, take the Rhône Xpress toward Lyon Part-Dieu Station, get off at Vaulx-en-Velin la Soie, take Metro A toward Perrache, and get off at Hôtel de Ville L. Pradel. Then, take bus C13 toward Montessuy Gutenberg and get off at Hôpital Croix-Rousse. The apartment is 1 minute on foot.
