All equipment and furniture are brand new and of high quality to ensure optimal comfort.
Prime Location: Our apartment is located on the ground floor of a secure building, overlooking a courtyard, offering peace and quiet throughout your stay.
Elegance and comfort for your nights: The apartment features two sleeping areas in mezzanine style. The first area is equipped with a large comfortable double bed (180x200cm) and a desk; the second area offers another double bed (140x190cm), nightstands, and bedside lamps.
Spacious Living Room: The bright, spacious living area includes a seating area with a large sofa, a small coffee table, a television, and a storage closet.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a microwave, Nespresso machine, small refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooktop, kettle, toaster, washer/dryer, storage cabinets, as well as dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils.
You will also find a dining area with a table, two chairs, and a bench; the sliding door opens to a small interior courtyard (please note it is non-private).
Shower Room: Features a basin, storage space, a round LED mirror with touch-backlighting offering great illumination, towel heater, and WC.
You will also have access to an iron, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, mop, and bucket.
Autonomous entry with key box.

Today, the Part-Dieu area is a vibrant district where you can work, live, relax, and explore culture. A busy transit hub with a dense network of public transport, Part-Dieu is also a destination, especially for its shopping spaces, sports facilities, and cultural venues.

The neighborhood offers a wide range of shops, from the highly concentrated Part-Dieu shopping center and the renowned Halles Paul Bocuse to a more diverse mix of businesses scattered across the area. Over 800 stores, including 30% cafes and restaurants, can be found here. The Part-Dieu shopping center alone hosts 240 shops and restaurants and welcomes 35 million visitors annually.

From Lyon St Exupéry Airport: Take the Rhône Express towards Lyon Part-Dieu station, get off at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie, then take metro line A towards Perrache, and get off at Charpennes Charles Hernu. Finally, take metro line B towards St Genis Laval and get off at Guillotière. The apartment is a 5-minute walk.
