On the 2ᵉ floor (rather steep staircase):- A beautiful, large double bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a dressing room- A study area

Neighborhood :
Rich in architectural and historical heritage between river and hillsides, Lormont was first a defensive site, a port and then a place of residence and holiday resort. Lormont is one of the 28 communes of the Bordeaux metropolitan area, a cheerful village clinging to the hillside. The last bell tower to be seen and greeted with a cannon shot by sailors setting sail for faraway lands, the village-like town is coiled around its church, lined along the Garonne by its estacades and its guinguettes, and topped by its Château du Prince Noir.

On Thursdays and Fridays, there is a market around the Place de L'Église, just 50 meters from the house.

Public transport :
- At the foot of the house, a city boat (every 20 min) will take you across the Garonne in 15 minutes to get to the Cité du Vin and the centre of Bordeaux.
- A public pay car park is located 30 m from the house.
