Access to the house is via a private green courtyard. Enter the living room with a single sofa bed, TV and dining area. A very well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and even a dryer. The bathroom with sink, toilet and shower completes the ground floor. Upstairs via the wooden staircase, a large attic bedroom with dressing room.

Access is directly from the street. A free and private parking space is reserved for you 50m further up.

Key management is done independently. The house concierge remains available by telephone if necessary.

You are a stone's throw from the medieval city of Loches with its royal castle and its imposing 37 m high keep which dominates the city center from the 360° terrace. 3 minutes from the beautiful town of Loches with its cobbled streets and alleys and its many shops. On foot, go to the market every Wednesday and Saturday morning in the heart of the city to taste the many local products. Only 30 minutes from the Beauval zoo (plan the full day), the most famous castles like Chenonceaux, Amboise, Villandry, Azay-le-rideau but also more discreet castles like Montpoupon, Montrésor. For botany enthusiasts, go for a stroll in the village of Chédigny, classified as a remarkable village. Numerous signposted walking trails where bicycles are at your disposal. 1 hour from futuroscope. And so many beautiful villages and places to discover in South Touraine.

By the A85: 10 minutes from exit 11 D58 - D31: Bléré, Loches, Amboise, Montrichard, Chenonceaux. After the toll, take direction Loches-Chateauroux.
By the A10: 30 minutes from exit 18, Amboise: take direction Amboise, Loches, Châteauroux.
Loches train station: 5 min walk to Tours or Chateauroux
Tours Airport: 40 minutes
