The base of Peak 9 is just a 5minute walk away or take the town trolley to the Gondola to start your day! In the summer, biking and hiking trails are also right out the door. Enjoy the local shops and restaurants and never have to get in your vehicle!
A brand new King Memory Foam Bed will have you rested for the next days adventures! If you have friends with you the pull out memory foam sleeper sofa will hit the spot! A ski locker outside your door makes the 5 min walk back from the resort a breeze.
Located in the heart of Downtown Breckenridge, this brand new high end, remodeled one bedroom is perfect for a couple, couple of friends and/or a small family. Enjoy the new king size bed in the master bedroom and a comfy pull out sofa in the living room. There's parking for one vehicle in the alley or covered garage too. Best of all your half a block from Main St. and just a 5 minute walk to the base of the Peak 9 area. The town trolley picks up on Main St. too if the gondola is where you want to start or end your day.
Enjoy the smart TV, electric fireplace, new appliances, full kitchen, ski lockers and more! The Wifi is super fast and dedicated to this unit. Great Location Downtown Breckenridge

Location was perfect! Apartment was clean, kitchen was stocked with essentials. It is a small space overall so I would only recommend it for a couple, but it was great for a party of 2. King mattress needs to be updated badly, it is very concave resulting in us both sleeping very poorly during our stay. Make sure you have planned your arrival time to accommodate any luggage you will have in tow. We took the owners suggestions and didn't rent a vehicle but that meant we were going to arrive 2 hours prior to check in with luggage. Owner wasn't pleased that I asked for suggestions in finding a place to store our luggage 2 hours early even though it was done days in advance to our arrival.

Small but nice

My husband and I stayed 2 nights with our dog. It was fine for a short stay and we appreciated the locked garage and the very comfy bed. Access to the outside with the dog was not quick, and it would be a bit small for us for any longer than a weekend. If you don't have a lot of luggage or a dog I think this place is quite nice. Breckenridge itself is absolutely wonderful.

Winter Getaway

I took a solo weekend trip to Breckenridge for skiing and the “alpine” experience (my first trip to Colorado). The location is ideal. A 2 minute walk to bustling Main Street. So many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Even the gondola station was an easy 10 minute walk. The condo looks newly renovated and was immaculate. The bed was large and comfortable, and the unit had everything I needed. The cable tv worked great and the electric fireplace was cozy. As others mentioned in reviews, it is a small unit. But it’s laid out nicely. Also, the walls are a bit thin. But I spent very little time indoors. There’s too much fun in town! The few people I heard in the hall were quiet and respectful. Otherwise, the unit was very quiet (no noise from people or traffic outside). Checkin/checkout was easy (there is a door code, so no having to pick up keys offsite). I received plenty of timely emails with all the info I needed, even some helpful tips. Everyone in town was so friendly. I’m in love with downtown Breckenridge (and have a secret crush on Peak 7!). I highly recommend this unit for 1-2 people.

Great in-town Breckenridge condo.

Very nice, comfy condo one block off Main Street. Close to slopes and restaurants. Had all the amenities. Easy check-in and out. Brett was very helpful and was easy to communicate with. Will come back!

Amazing location. A quick walk to the resort with a spot to put boots/skis/boards when you get back. Directly in town and close to everything. Easy check in process. Comfy bed and cute fireplace.

Went for a quick ski trip to Breckenridge and was not disappointed. The place was easy to get to and very clean. The location was perfect. Host was very responsive and did a great job making sure all our needs were met. Would definitely recommend!

Ski trip

My husband and I stayed at the property for a quick ski trip. It was perfect for us. Very accessible to the shops and restaurants downtown. About a 10 min walk to the Quicksilver lift. The property was clean with nice amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

It was just as described and matched the pictures in the listing. The room was very nice; everything seemed to be updated very recently. It had everything I needed. Location is perfect. One block off Main Street and a very short walk to the market. Not too far from Peak 9 either if you stayed here during ski season. Would definitely stay here again.
