Bare minimum

The front entrance was boarded up so not exactly what we were expecting. The amenities were bare minimum…no tissue, rusty cooking sheet, and dirty bathroom. We aren’t too picky but this property hit the bare minimum we expected.

Great place and close to lots downtown!

These place is great and clean! We could not find the code to enter the building but the owner responded within an hour! It turns out this is listed under parking instructions in case anyone is looking. The plastic mattress cover is very noisy and might bother some butbut not too bad. This is a prime location, especially going to a Browns game and parking was easy ne t door!

Good Place, Great Location

The room and location are a great deal for the price. Pay to park lot was right next door, allowing for quick access to room. Parking doesn't have in-and-out privileges but that wasn't a big deal as we walked to all our events and restaurants. Disappointingly, a request made a day before arrival for early check-in went unanswered by host.

Great location

This was a cute little apartment in the best location that allowed us to walk to the flats and East 4th and tons of other areas nearby. The only complaint was that the neighbors were so loud and partying, and it was very loud. But, that’s also not completely unexpected in a downtown setting on a weekend night, so it is what it is. Would recommend and stay again!

Totally as advertised in pictures. Great communication with the property manager when i had questions about check in. Would definitely recommend this spot. Very spacious i love the high ceilings very comfortable. I truly feel i got my $$ worth.

Great location!!

Great location!! Just off 6th street just a few steps away is Agava & Rye, Starbucks, Johnny’s Restaurant and around the corner of the restaurant is Johnny’s little Bar. Walking distance to 4th Street and the Guardians Stadium with stops along the way at Restaurants. Parking is right next door $30 a day you have to pay cash only and you can’t leave once you park. Host was very responsive with some items we needed. Extra toilet paper, towels and pillows. It was very quiet at night to sleep with no noise from outside.

Great location, not very comfortable

We stayed to attend the Browns game. The location was actually amazing for that. However the place itself wasn’t anything special. The couch was extremely uncomfortable and the bed was very hard. If you’re going just for a short stay then sure the place is fine but wouldn’t stay here again just because it was not comfortable at all.

Decent Value for the Cost

Overall this was an okay property to stay at. It has a prime location to downtown Cleveland and the basics for what you need. Can't beat the cost, either. But you get what you pay for. I chose this listing largely for cost but also because it lists parking on site. There is no parking on site. The host's automated check-in message says there's a lot across the street. The lot does not do long term stays and we ended up finding a garage further away. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and additional cost. There was a Keurig with two K-cups provided, but there were no coffee cups. The towels were nearly see through and need to be replaced. The host does not respond to messages. I sent a question regarding check-in and got no response. I also sent a message after I checked out and got nothing. Probably would not stay here again.

Date night getaway

It was a perfectly cozy get away for date night getaway. We were going to a concert which was only a 17 min walk, very convenient. And parking by the apartment was half the price of the lots closer to the venue. The kitchen was updated and came with kuerig cups but if you like creamer or anything in your coffee you will need to bring it. The place was very clean and we heard no noises around us so sleeping was very restful. All information was sent in advance so access was simple and the owner answered questions promptly. Our only question was how to turn on the shower lol. Never seen that kind before. You turn the end where the water come out. The owner will send you a great diagram

2022 Cleveland Marathon Weekend

Overall the experience was good, the unit is in the warehouse district within walking distances of everything, or if you prefer scooter or biking to destinations. I was there for the marathon so the nightlife I could not enjoy fully. The only issue was the floor noise above the unit, I wish I could have partake in the nightlife (Bars). Walking around the unit above, translated to noise and wake up, Again for the location and price versus hotel cost it is well worth it. Forgot my earplugs or would not have been an issue. Parking right next door cost $24 a day with in/out access if needed, never used my car while there. Constantine grocer is 2 blocks down if you need supplies or hot food to go quickly. The flats are a interesting built up area worth the experience. Enjoy your time at Masthead brewery, has a great pizza pie and pretzel, along with other menu items. After 26.2 it was gorge time and my first and last beer of the weekend. Owner is prompt with responses if needed.

Nice place

We liked our stay. The issues we'd like to mention were: The building had an intense buzzer going off in the entrance area 100% of our stay, which added to the stress of entering the code and getting to the elevators. There was a plug blocking the kitchen sink and the level of force required to remove it was surprisingly high, which made us worry about breaking something, so telling guests who may be unfamiliar with garburators would be helpful. The kitchen was very sparsely provided, and the majority of the dishes were still in the dishwasher, so while minor we suggest telling guests to look there, and even better having the dishes put away before arrival. I think there was only one fork for example, and there were two of us. The soap dispenser on the wall of the shower was totally empty, and while there was shampoo and conditioner in the shower there was no soap or body wash. After showering we went looking and found one under the bathroom sink. Also, the tub didn't drain well causing a person to step out with a lot of water on their feet / legs, which was worrisome to me in terms of damaging the bathroom floor. Having said all of this I will reiterate that overall we quite enjoyed our stay, and certainly the location was fabulous for what we came to Cleveland to experience.

4th of July week stay

The place itself is in good location. It is around everything. You can park in the parking lot next to the apartment (be advised there are NO in and out privileges you may buy the overnight pass for $24 but if you leave you will be forced to by another parking pass) The parking garage across the street if you need to get out at night pay attention to the signs, you cannot be let back in after you leave once the gates are down. Best way to get around are the link-lime- bird scooters. The apartment itself isn’t terrible if you’re only staying a couple days. It was clean for the most part. The owner does not respond to any of your messages. The toilet in the bathroom the seat is broken it slides whenever you sit on it. The shower does not drain while taking a shower. Make sure you bring your own towels the ones provided are not big at all. In the pictures shown there is a soap dispenser on the shower wall, everything was empty and the shampoo cartridge was brown. They did however have bottles of dove shampoo and conditioner (So bring your own shampoo and body wash as well) The couch is not very comfortable and honestly feels like it’s going to break with every move you make. Only one of the oven lights works on top. The picture shown in description is definitely not the view you have when looking out the window. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything that any of the surrounding neighbors are doing especially the unit above.

Prime location!

The apartment was perfect...beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated and spacious. We stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful, stress free, fun filled vacation. Located in the warehouse district of downtown Cleveland, dining, shopping, events and all of the main attractions in Cleveland were within walking distance. The locals were very friendly and polite. We didn't want to leave.

Ok stay

Somehow I lost the code to get into the building. The room code was still there but the building cod was gone. I text the property manager. He did not get right back to me. Luckily my husband found another guest who gave him the code. The place was clean. The faucet in the bath room leaked as well as the one in the shower. The faucet in the shower shot up to the ceiling and then onto the person taking the shower which was very cold. The price was good, good location, would possibly stay there again if these things were fixed.

It’s okay for a couple of nights

This apartment is in a great location, close to everything. Easy access into the apartment also. However, there are several things that need to be addressed to make it a better stay: bathroom has 1 working light bulb instead of three, toilet seat is broken, lamp in living room needs a bulb, shade is broken in living, and the biggest issue is the couch. We expected a futon or pullout couch. It was neither and the back of the couch kept falling off. It is not well made and looks like it just slides into place connecting to the chair arms but the left side won’t stay in. The only other options for seating would be the kitchen chairs. This made things uncomfortable and hard to sleep on when you are trying not to move so the couch back doesn’t come off. We made it work for two nights but our stay could have been much better with a little maintenance to the unit.

Great location

This property is located in the warehouse district and perfectly (and I mean perfectly) located to restaurants, attractions, parking and amenities. Cleveland is very walkable and motorized scooters are literally laying everywhere (I mean, in the middle of the sidewalk?) and rented through lyft. Let me first say this; the price of the apartment is a steal for the location. It is a clean, modern space. It seemed to be purposely crafted to be a VRBO, in that it's more like a hotel suite. With that said, do not expect to find a stray sugar packet or extra TP. In fact, there was a 1/3 left on the roll when we arrived along with 4 paper towels in the kitchen. We had to find a grocery to stock up that evening. I don't expect much but an extra roll might be a nice touch. We were also expecting a futon per the description. The sofa that was present did not convert in anyway that I could sort out. My son chose not to sleep in the bed alongside of his old man so he suffered on a very uncomfortable sofa for two nights with a very thin blanket that was provided. Nitpicking items would be a broken toilet seat and two burnt out light bulbs in the bathroom (the bathroom in general was disappointing). The apartment has three gorgeous floor to ceiling windows however one of the shades was torn down, which made sleeping tough (the parking lot lights are bright) It feels like I'm knocking this property, however we did have a great time and enjoyed the accommodations. I guess I just expect some things to be taken care of by the cleaner or management (for the cleaning fee). If you are driving to Cleveland I would suggest making a VRBO tub with items that you might require on a day to day basis. TP, paper towels, sugar, coffee, condiment packets, towels, blankets and pillows etc.
