A great floor plan that features a main level master with large spa like bathroom with jet tub and walk in shower. Two upstairs bedrooms with a generously sized landing area with fabulous mountain views. Open concept main living area has kitchen with stainless appliances, dining room table that seats 6 plus bar area to seat 2 , living area that seats 7 with a cozy stone fireplace and Sonos Sound System. Full laundry and spacious 1 car garage on main level. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, ice skating, BASE community center featuring climbing wall, fitness center and children playing area, summer concerts, shopping, and the free shuttle bus. Skyline Shuttle stop is about 30 yards from townhouse. Everything in the Big Sky Meadow is close by including miles of hiking, biking, and cross country ski trails. Big Sky Resort is just up the road and Yellowstone National Park is a short day trip away.

Road side stay

I would not rent this , the master bedroom and bedroom upstairs are both road side there are no curtains only light shades so you see the street lights and headlights and hear cars all night the beds are like boards. The fireplace is huge but has large rocks hopefully none ever falls off. The owner was very nice but there is no warning when u rent it that u won’t be able to sleep

Great Stay in Big Sky!

Great property located in the heart of Town Center. Loved being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops so easily. Kim is a great communicator and was easy to work with. The property came with lots of amenities that don't often come in a rental property (extra toiletries, trash bags, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, laundry detergent, etc.). Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a great location!

Our family stayed in Kim’s beautiful home for our ski vacation. The home is located a very short walk to the bus stop and the bus took us right to the mountain base. Grocery and several restaurants are within a few blocks of the house. The house is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with 3 roomy bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee, oil, spices and a very nice basket of snacks that Kim left for us. The home was perfect - we had a wonderful vacation and would love to stay there again!

Everything you would want in one location…

Truly an outstanding property, whether you are skiing in the winter, fly-fishing in the summer or visiting Yellowstone Park. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping in Big Sky Village, a three minute drive to the golf course and outstanding fly-fishing within ten minutes of the front door… what else could you want!

Great house for a family!

This was the 50th annual ski fest for my family and we’ve stayed in many homes over the years. This house was by far one of the best we’ve ever experienced. The owner, Kim, is attentive to the details, providing many staples and snacks upon our arrival. The house itself is very comfortable for six people, with well appointed rooms and a great kitchen. It’s located literally steps from the grocery store and town center. It couldn’t have been more perfect. THANK YOU KIM!

Well Appointed Home

This was one of the most well appointed rentals we have ever stayed in! Everything listed is there and is for your use. This makes traveling a long distance much easier with a family. Great location the the resort (10 min drive) and grocery, shops and restaurants right out your front door. We loved having the garage for our cat and being able to load and unload all our gear in the warmth. Will definitely be back.
