Located on the embankment, very popular with holidaymakers and on the front line facing the ocean, this flat offers all the comforts you need, just a stone's throw from the main beach and the shops in Les Sables d'Olonne town centre.

The flat comprises a large, bright living room opening onto the sea-facing balcony, equipped with a sofa, two coffee tables, dining table, four chairs, TV and WiFi.
The south-facing balcony has a table, chairs and sun loungers, so you can relax after a day on the beach, or spend some quality time with family and friends!
A separate, fully-equipped kitchen: gas hob (X2), dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (Nespresso).
Separate WC.

Then there is a bathroom with shower, vanity unit with storage and hairdryer.

Finally, on the night side, there is a first double bedroom with a double bed (140cm), bedside tables and chest of drawers.
The second bedroom has two 90 (180) beds, bedside tables and chest of drawers.

For added convenience, a small parking space is available in a private garage in the basement of the residence.
