Welcome to my studio!

Situated on the 1st floor without a lift, this lovely, tastefully decorated, 19m² studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Everything has been refurbished and decorated by an interior designer.

This studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. You can also access the shared garden with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, including a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker. There's also a dining area for two people.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including towels and complimentary toiletries. A laundry room, with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, is also available free of charge in the house's common area.

You can also access the shared garden with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

There is a municipal swimming pool 10 mm away on foot.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Note: The mattresses are futons imported directly from Japan. The comfort of the bed depends on personal preference, particularly whether you prefer a firm or softer bed. By nature, futons combine firmness and comfort, offering optimal support that is often recommended for good health.

Situated approximately 10 kilometres (6.2 miles) from the centre of Paris, Bondy offers a mix of urban and residential environments. Across the apartment, the 234 bus goes to the Bobigny metro station on line 5, and the 616 bus can take you either to the Bondy RER E station (which goes to the heart of Paris in 10 minutes) or to the Aulnay RER B station (which goes to the centre of Paris, notably St Michel Notre Dame, but also the Stade de France for the Olympic Games, and Charles De Gaulle airport).

The 351 bus to Charles De Gaulle Airport is a 10-minute walk from the flat.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
