Willkommen in der 18. Etage des Lagunenturms. Stellen Sie sich vor, Sie hätten die gesamte Etage für sich. Der Aufzug öffnet sich zu Ihrem persönlichen Penthouse. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich! 360-Grad-Blick auf das Wasser!

Sie finden vier wunderschön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer. Der große Wohnbereich ist offen für eine Granit- und Edelstahlküche mit Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Insel und eine Servierbar mit Untertisch-Eismaschine. Dieser Bereich öffnet sich zu einer erstaunlichen großen Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Golf.

Der Meister bietet einen Blick auf die Lagune, einen eigenen Eingang zur Terrasse und ein großes luxuriöses Bad mit Doppelwaschtischen, einer separaten Dusche und einem großen Whirlpool. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad.

Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt außerdem über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Das vierte Schlafzimmer hat ein Zweibettzimmer mit einer ausziehbaren Trundle darunter. Alle vier Schlafzimmer verfügen über Fernseher und deckenhohe Fenster mit herrlichem Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko und die kleine Lagune.

Sie genießen den Zugang zum Strand in eine ruhige Gegend von West Beach. Keine Menschenmassen hier! Innen- und Außenpools sowie ein Whirlpool im Innenbereich, der von deckenhohen Fenstern mit Blick auf die Little Lagoon umgeben ist, sorgen für erfrischende Entspannung zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Sie finden auch ein Fitnesscenter am Wasser und wir haben einen privaten Pier mit Bootsbelegen.

Der Lagoon Tower befindet sich etwa 5 km westlich des Schnittpunkts des Hwy 59 mit dem Beach Boulevard, so dass Sie nach und nach aus dem Bereich der Eigentumswohnungen sind, aber nur wenige Minuten von einer Reihe von Restaurants, Geschäften und Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt sind.

Great Property!
Our group of 6 adults has stayed at Lagoon Towers for 11 years straight with the last 4 years in the 18th floor penthouse unit. Lagoon Tower is a very well kept, quiet and convenient location. The 18th floor penthouse unit is very spacious offering spectacular views of the beach and Lagoon. It is very well appointed and clean. We’ve always enjoyed our stay and this year was no exception. However, this year we noticed the unit is in need of a few maintenance issues in that one of the 4 toilets ran constantly, the same bathroom vanity sink faucet ran a small steady stream of water that the faucet wouldn’t shut off. The master bath garden tub faucet ran a small stream of water that the faucet wouldn’t shut off as well. The light in the kitchen range exhaust hood was not functional this year and the refrigerator side of the side by side refrigerator was not keeping food as cold as in years past even though the temp setting was turned up to its max cool setting. The freezer side was working as it should. The gathering table on the front beachside balcony was missing this year but we solved that issue by picking up a 6’ folding table at Walmart. I contacted the unit maintenance company to advise of these maintenance issues as I didn’t want our group to be blamed for these minor issues. Based on previous experience with this unit and host, I’m confident the issues will be addressed quickly. It’s an amazing property and I’m certain you won’t be disappointed.

All the reviews that say the pictures don’t capture the true beauty of this condo are absolutely 100% correct. This place is amazing. My wife also kept saying it was the best stocked VRBO we’ve ever had. Thank you to the owners! The ability to see the ocean and the lagoon at the same time is something I will never forget. Loved how easy the beach access is! Our kids were asking if we could come back to this condo as we pulled out of the parking lot to come home.

Better than can imagine
This property is so mich more beautiful and spacious than the pictures and details given. It is very clean and luxurious. The views are spectacular throughout the entire condo, with floor to ceiling windows. Plenty of closet space, equipped with so many kitchen utensils, pots, pans, casserole dishes, cups, etc. Whatever you may need is in the unit. The garbage shoot is conveniently located within the unit, so no carrying the trash down the hall. There is also a very nice ice maker not counting the one within the freezer. The master is huge eith its own mini fridge and bar sink. Just too mich too talk about!! I will book again for sure!! The host was very nice and helpful and the security guard downstairs was such a hoot, very friendly and eager to help! Theres also a pier to the lagoon that can be walked oit on and fished from, with its own fish cleaning station. Very nive!

Love this amazing place! Almost gave less stars on accuracy of listing because the place is so much nicer than the listing. We stayed here last year as well for our family vacation. Kitchen is over the top stocked. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed. The weather wasn't the best so having a huge living area were we could spread out was really nice. Also, having an indoor pool was great for my grandbaby. We did have to use the bunkroom this time and it really isn't comfortable for an adult. It is more for kids...so if you need more than 3 beds for adults this might not work.

Beautiful Property
Wow is the only way to describe this penthouse. From the moment the elevators open into the property, you are taken aback. Turn left and you see the Gulf of Mexico, turn right and the you see the vast hallway leading to the enormous master bedroom overlooking the lagoon. The three other bedrooms are spacious and met our group's needs. The property comes with all the essentials needed for a great stay. From a separate ice machine to puzzles, games, and beach items, this has it all. The kitchen has all the pots and pans needed to make a delicious meal. The master closet is spacious along with the master bath. Certainly worth the money spent on this beauty. Highly recommend

The penthouse is huge and very grand with wonderful views! However, we had difficulty with the cooktop, oven, garbage disposal and a toilet! One morning the elevator didn't work- called maintenance & text never hear anything from them! As for our hostess, I emailed and called her never received any type of responds!

Great Vacation!
This condo was fabulous for our 7 day stay in Gulf Shores! Plenty of space for six of us with room to spare, the open concept living, dining and kitchen was great for family gathering, and the balcony’s on the front and back were very relaxing with great views! The beach was very close and not crowded, and was close to restaurants and things to do, but far enough away to not experience traffic.

We enjoyed our time away, but the condo was not what we were expecting. The building is undergoing MAJOR construction. When we arrived, scaffolding is everywhere. The ocean view was covered in plastic around the doors and the balcony. They did come and remove it on Tuesday of our stay. The kicker was when a construction worker was at our bedroom window when I woke up. It was very strange. Who knows how long he had been there. It is a beautiful unit and all would have been okay except the the surprise of the construction. It says it is a 4 bathroom unit and it only has 3 1/2 bathrooms. There is not a shower in one of the bathrooms.

The condo was great and as advertised. The only bad thing was construction. Had no idea it was going on or would not have booked. View and patio to gulf was blocked. However, could still see from side windows. Construction was just outside starting at 8am and sounded like a freight trane with vibrations from tools. Upon arrival found lock box code was changed from what was emailed and WiFi in condo had changed from what was displayed in basket upon arrival. We were able to figure both out with time so it wasn’t to bad. We have stayed in lagoon towers many times and is a great place to choose when looking for a condo. This condo suited our family well and we had a great time. I would verify if construction is planning to be there prior to booking.

The condo was great. Very spacious and had extra amenities which made the stay more convenient. The kitchen was stocked with spices and all the tools you’d need to cook and grill with. Laundry room had a wagon and beach toys galore. The only negative thing I have to say was there was construction going on on the beach side of the condo. The railings on the balcony covered, the windows taped with a blue film distorting the beach view. Several mornings the balcony was unusable as the workers were on it. If they weren’t on our level their drilling could be heard anyway. One morning I was having my morning coffee at 8am and was surprised by them literally on the scaffolding a foot away. Without the construction, which we weren’t notified of, the condo is steps away from the beach and overall a nice place.

Absolutely the most amazing condo we have ever stayed at. We loved it so much, I have already reserved for next year. Large open spaces with plently of room for everyone. Super comfortable seating. The views are spectacular. The kitchen has everything you need. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Even nicer than the pictures in the listing. Inside pool, outside pool and ocean access right across the street. I didn't want to leave!

Nothing Like It!
We were so happy with our stay here. It is huge with super comfortable bedding and lots of seating. The views are amazing. It’s just an easy place to stay. Plenty of parking and this unit allowed 4 parking passes which is a huge benefit for our family. We also love that getting an elevator is easy here with very little or no wait. The two pools and we even went crabbing one night off the pier. The walk across the street to the beach is easy and they have a locked gate (keys are provided with the unit’s key fob). We will definitely stay here again.
