Its ideal location will enable you to get around the town of Les Sables d'Olonne on foot or by bike, just a stone's throw from all the town's amenities and attractions (town centre, train station, large beach, casino).

On the ground floor of the residence, you can leave your bikes in complete safety and access the beach via the main door onto the embankment!

You'll enjoy a beautifully decorated living room, dining area and kitchen area overlooking Rue du Palais, equipped with a single sofa bed, coffee table, storage cupboard, TV and WiFi.
Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, induction hob (X2), Tassimo coffee maker, etc.
